This team is a total dumpster fire.

We have a grossly overpaid defensive line, a lousy offensive line, average linebackers, we overpaid for Sammy (no first round pick this year because of it), we reached on EJ in the first round (Whaley made the call on that pick), and we're a .500 this year and last. I don't dislike Whaley. I think he's done well with mid- and late-round picks. But, he certainly doesn't walk on water.

I don't think Schwartz will be the head coaching hire down here. I'm thinking it'll be an offensive guy who can put Mariota in a position to succeed. Hue Jackson and Josh McDaniels are a couple of names being thrown around.

Y'all are bringing up good points (I'm in Tennessee so I can say "y'all"). Rex is full of bravado and talk, but when it comes down to gameday coaching he just isn't there. This team is completely undisciplined. Penalties, blown coverages, missed coaching challenges, etc. We were very close in a lot of these losses and easily could have won some of them. This season will go down as one of the most frustrating in my book, because the talent is (seemingly) there.

We got worse under Ryan. Our defense regressed badly and we lead the league in penalties by a wide margin. With last year's staff I think this collection of players would be a playoff team. I really do.

You can't overcome double-digit penalties every single game. Been watching the Bills since the late 1970s and I don't remember a team that was less disciplined. What a disaster.

This team can't stop killing themselves. This is the most undisiplined team I've ever seen.

Bradford didn't realize with the two minute warning coming up he could have thrown it away. He took the sack thinking it'd force a timeout, which it didn't.

Normally I think a coach gets too much credit and too much blame, but we've got better players this year and have gotten worse under Rex Ryan.

I've never seen such an undisciplined team in all of my 43 years on this planet. We just can't win like this. And, penalties have been the story all year.
