  1. Sportscenter/First Take had pictures of Favre in several diffferent jersys (Minnesota, Jets, Ravens, Ect.). This probably came from the same place (EA probably).
  2. If this is how It turned out, I would want to trade up to # 7 and get Maualuga. He's the next Merriman/P. Willis/ Tatupu IMO. (assuming that crow leaves for FA) And I personally think that Alex Mack (center) from Cal is worthy of a first round pick. I would love for the the Bills to take him if he's around in the second round.
  3. Like another poster said, I'll take him if he wants to sign for a K. Mitchell type contract (probably a little more). BUt he is about to hit FA, some dumb team is going to pay twice that, he's just not worth that much. And if we could somehow manage to steal in the draft, I'de be all for it.
  4. "Bored americans, what? Got nothing better to do? Why don't you kick yourself out, you're an immagrant too. Who's using who? What should we do? Well you can't be a pimp and a prostitute too." --(
  5. Name one player THIS front office has jerked around. Notice I said THIS front office, not that travesty that ol' whitey looked over. And more precisely, name one thing that the FO has done to Peters personally. -We give him a chance as an UDFA, and even though he didn't contribute, we kept him around. -After releasing him (We needed another QB as a backup IIRC), we resigned him. -We gave him a nice five year deal (3.5 mil per year) after ONE season as a RT. -After ONE season at LT, he decides to hold out. (without telling the team of intentions during the offseason, OTA's, and a week into camp.) -All year, we ran better to the right of the line, and threw the ball very few times. He definately played great, but he didn't exactly reinvent the wheel. How many times can you remember off of the top of your head when he would whiff on blocks downfield? (one of my pet peeves about him) I'm all for giving him a huge contract, but if you want to pout like a baby, sit at home and let the fines pile up. Get in camp and EARN your money.
  6. BTW has anyone else noticed that something was a bit "off" with the straw in the red cup?
  7. I say let them split the duty in preseason (with McKelvin getting some extra reps later in games). If he is all he's cracked up to be, put both of them in on KO's in the regular season. If he struggles (fumbles, low return avg., ect.) just leave McGee there, and let him do what he does best.
  8. I like the youtube link to Bills videos on the side, and the recently discussed topics listed on the front page is nice as well. Very nice overall
  9. This is the whole point IMO. Let's say he hasn't healed from his surgery, and he wasn't able to work out because of it. Seeing as he hasn't been at OBD since his surgery (let alone make a single phone call), why would the bills sign him now? If he was in camp and looked good, and had actually told the FO in person that he wanted a new deal, I'm pretty sure he'd get his money. BUt he is sitting at home throwing a temper tantrum, and wants to be the highest paid Bill in history. Sorry, I have no sympathy for him.
  10. ESPN news said he was just traded for a 2nd and a 5th.
  11. Piano. It sounds good on it's own, and can be used in any kind of music. Evanescence- My Immortal is a great example, just a piano and a great voice.
  12. So it's not the music that's bad, it's the white people on stage you have a problem with? Gotcha..... You know, I was just thinking to myself how much I enjoyed seeing all of the diversity of talent at the BET awards, the esssence festival, and the VIBE awards.
  13. That triple header on the 17th, 18th, and 19th is looking pretty good. Might have to take that friday off and get tickets.
  14. How stupid do you have to be to hold a piece of wood that someone is about to hit an axe? And seeing as Luke McCown was the one swinging the axe, you had to know there was a good chance he would miss.
  15. Met Steve Christie at Wegman's (he was in the cereal aisle), Met Doug Flutie at the same Wegman's a few years later (Flutie Flakes autograph session (got interviewed by channel 4 about how they tasted while in line)). Also had Wiley give one of the 'stay in school' speaches to us. Most of the kids booed him when he told us to listen to the teachers though . Actually we did the same thing to Don Postals (who was dreadfully boring and his only prop was a few tiny pictures he printed off of a black and white printer).
  16. Well we didn't hear one peep out of the Bills about any of the other contracts before they were finalized. I wouldn't expect to hear anything about Peters situation either. And seeing as there isn't anything for Peters to hold out of, there isn't much news on that front.
  17. Lynch, Jackson, and Barnes are all on the team. I think we release the loser of the Wright/Omon battle after preseason/training camp. (probably Wright, because he looked like A-train minus the blocking ability last year) And obviously Hall is gone.
  18. Funniest Eddie Murphy clip. This was my favorite scene from Coming To America. (NSFW)
  19. Coming To America is by far his best movie. Trading Places is the only other movie of his that I liked.
  20. Good to see us getting the picks signed.
