  1. Sweet! How about Marlon Briscoe. He was determined to be a quarterback but found his niche as an outstanding wide receiver with the Bills and other AFL teams
  2. I too remember going to Niagara university to see the Bills training camp. But even before NU, they held practice at the Treadway Inn (?) In Hamburg off the I90. It was there that I got Jack Kemp's autograph in the mid 60s.
  3. Gerald Booth Lusteg (December 18, 1938 – July 12, 2012) was a placekicker in the American Football League and the National Football League who played for the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers. Lusteg played football professionally for four seasons. He retired in 1969.
  4. Mike Stratton. Ask Keith Lincoln!
  5. Veering slightly off topic on players, but a big shout out to the original trainer Abe Abronowski! Something about Buffalo brings out loyalty and longevity in people, yes?
  6. Ha! Or Tom Cousineau! (that scum bag)....
  7. I've read some NFL writers (yes, Larry Felser) say that Gilchrist was even better than Jim Brown.
  8. Yes. OJ was the best, but I'm curious about everyone's favorite.
  9. Great choice! He was a battering ram!
  10. Yes I'm an old timer. Followed the Bills as a kid in the 60s. My favorite is Bobby Chandler. Great hands and phenomenal out of bounds awareness. Who's yours?
  11. McGuire was supposedly a really funny dude. In the book "OJ, education of a rich rookie", McGuire hosted a halloween party. He said to OJ - "Juice, why don't you stick a broomstick up your a$$ and come as a fudgesicle !"
  12. Not sure if it was a trade or free agent - but my favorite was Frank Lewis from the Steelers
  13. White tops with blue pants are my favorites. Joe Cribbs, Frank Lewis, Haslett, etc...
  14. F- - k the weather! I say "release the Kraken"!!!
  15. I still think we should try Duke Williams at TE - why not? Allen: "do a down & in 10 yards out. The ball with be there for you"
  16. THE best subs are Aunt Cookies in Geneseo, hands down.
  17. Anyone remember Art's Hoagie Hut on the corner of Hertel and Colvin? Was better than Jim's Steak Out.
  18. Cowboys defense just might be one of the worst in the league. I don't this Griffen will be missed that much...
  19. If Hughes is taking on a leadership role, he needs to have a serious talk with Edmunds! Looks like the Bills over-hyped Edmunds. Maybe Jerry can coax some better play out of him(?)
  20. "I move, for no man....." (h.grail)
  21. Psycho was on TV last night.
  22. Put Duke in at Tight End!
