    I'm sick of speculating on our free agents and draft picks. We've had some bad luck recently. It's time for some of our acquisitions to become that "diamond in the rough", and become stand out NFL big time players. Why not the Bills? C'mon boys, break through to the upper tier now. We need you!

    RIP Mallett. If the riptide cause is true, how tragic. I've never experienced a riptide situation. Was a lifeguard at Beaver Island State Park Buffalo area for many years. I couldn't hold a candle to the guards at an ocean beach (riptides, sharks, underwater visibility, etc.). Extremely hard job.

    I think their beef on weck beats Schwabls and Glen Park Tavern. I also love the hot barbecue wings! Only negative is a long wait due to it being a relatively small joint.

As usual, a few members just love bashing others and belittling them. I'll probably stop posting...not worth it. And please don't go with stand by "get thicker skin" or "use the ignore function".     Not sure what this guys issue is, but he seems to be down on Buffalo and he particularly seems to dislike McDermott. He obviously doesn't like defensive minded coaches. Said there is all kinds of issues with Diggs not happy (whomever is sourses are). Also said McDermott is rigid and hard nosed. Compared him to Caughlin (sp?). Wonder if its all click bait crap?

    Not sure I follow you here. My original post was no way Pegula will fire McDermott. He had no choice with firing the Sabres guys- they were the laughingstock of the NHL

    I don't think he will be fired due to any of the scenarios. Terry Pegula doesn't seem like a hard nosed owner to fire McDermott. The guy ends up crying at most of his press conferences! If it was Jerry Jones, that would be another story. Pegula won't rock the boat any time soon.

    Actually his comments today came on his "right or wrong" segment. Apparently he feels he was right regarding his comments last week about the Bills defensive minded stubbornness. To me, he hasn't done his homework as to what Beane has done for the offense this off season.

    Today, Cowherd is beating his drum again about his dislike of defensive minded coaches. He brought up the Bills again, saying they are the 2nd highest paying team on defense in the NFL. His take (again) is we did nothing to bolster the offensive side of the ball. I definitely think we did. Your thoughts?
