Mayock is the best draft guru, but when he boosted McKelvin as the #1 CB three years ago, I expected more than what we've got out of him. Do think he's right about those 2 QBs: they will slide and I hope we aren't tempted by either one.
Too many good OTs.
Yeah, we went from what looked like a strength at WR to a real deficit, assuming TO isn't back. We will have to sign a FA receiver and draft one in the top 2 or 3 rounds.
Of course, we could stick with midgets like Parrish and Evans and guys with "potential" like Hardy and Johnson...and we probably will.
Seems about right. Clausen has been the number 1 pick for months on most mock drafts, but he'll drop. No-one wants to risk a top choice on anyone as questionable as him or Bradford. They'll slide. The OTs are the stars of this draft, along with Mr. Suh and Mr. McCoy.
Not too bad, but gotta get a NT in FA or draft and put Williams and Stroud at the end, although Johnson and Kelsay could sub in. If Schobel's around, try him at OLB. Not crazy about McNabb or Vick. I like your O-line.
Schopp better start paying attention to football, because he is gradually becoming incompetent when it comes to discussing most football details. He completely missed the significance of Buddy Nix's opening line about not wanting to do the coach search. On the other hand, Bulldog is at least in touch with reality because he cares about the Bills.
Glad the Vikings won. We get a chance to see Frazier's scheme against Brees. He caught a big break today when Flozell adams went out, because Jarrett Allen was completely smothered when Adams was opposite him.
Well, we know Mr. Burns cannot stand being embarrassed and has made big moves when it happens. If I was Smithers, I wouldn't be very comfortable about now. Embarrassment has always got the old man riled up more than anything else and in this case it is national embarrassment..
John Kincaid, ESPN radio, just did a segment mocking the Bills. Said all high school coaches should call the Bills at their Toronto office for an interview. Advised the Bills to take out an ad in the local paper. It has become a national joke.
Anyone taking the job risks being considered a joke by the coaching fraternity.
Funny stuff.
