None of these guys have big contracts (for NFL QBs), so B&C have no reason to start one over the other except that he gives us the best chance of winning. Personally, I think Edwards will start game one, but doubt if he will ever convince the Bills fan base he is their franchise QB. (Apparently, he's not a "Buffalo" guy.) It would be best for him if they worked out a trade pre-season. Whoever is in there is going to take a beating, in mho.

I am not counting on ANY of the players he mentioned, except Levitre, who seems like a solid, average guard.. Some won't even be on the team. The only young guy I am counting on is Spiller. He looks great...and he better be.

Ask yourself this, will Lee Evans take us to a Super Bowl? What would the top teams like New Orleans or Indy with top qbs give up to get Evans? My sense - I might be wrong - is that they wouldn't be that interested in Little Lee, especially with his salary. I doubt if you could trade Lee, and what does that tell you? That we're stuck with him.

Who knows if they'll be any good in 2010? Nobody. They might not win a game or they might win 10. Nobody knows what a brand-new bunch of coaches are going to do with all the new players (let alone some of the talented old ones), how the 3-4 will stop the run better, how Edwards will perform this year, how Spiller's speed will translate to TDs and wins. All i know is it just feels different and that is something to look forward to. No Levy, no Jauron, no Turk, no Doughboy, no Perry. I am not usually a kool-aid drinkers, but hey, if you can't be excited in April, then when? I don't understand those who have already given up.

Gonna be fun to watch the Bills this year. Hope he stays healthy.
