Good find. I would think that might verify how wise their drafting has been. Not many mistakes there. I have also read that their FO has made more overall moves (mostly FA signings) since Carroll became coach than any other team. That means, they are 1. willing to spend the dough it takes to bring guys in and 2. absorb the cost and cut them if they can find something better. A very pro-active organization. Better be good or you're gone. Will watch their draft carefully this year.

This is why I reached for the term "dynasty" in another thread. After watching the NFL (especially Bills) for many years, I have concluded that it is not who is drafted that matters, but who is doing the drafting and coaching.

Right, but there is no salary cap on coaching and a FO.

When I think of that young Seattle team the word "dynasty" rears up. The next closest team is San Fran and I just think Seattle's talent, coaching and FO is a notch above SF's. Anyone else is well back, unless BillB and Brady can somehow figure out Mr. Carroll's mastery (and time is running out on them. Good thing the Bills are in the AFC.

For these guys to be available, there had to be some surprise picks 1-8, like a lot of questionable QBs. IF they are available at 9, trading down a bit makes sense. That said, I wouldn't mind them picking sure starters like Robinson, Watkins, Ebron or Mosely. Hope they can trade down.
