  1. Jets defense may well end up being the best in the league but, the QB spot is a ?
  2. Define "found"
  3. What if it's an unproven violation based on the media's narrative of making a mountain out of a molehill?
  4. Should we expect an entrance by Ted Wells' group momentarily? If so, is there any chance that he'll conclude that "some members of the Bills organization were generally aware of the horn blowing in an illegal fashion" and, therefore, should be deemed cheaters?
  5. I think most DC's will look to contain Taylor in the pocket, force him to get to his 2nd and 3rd reads while making accurate throws. Taylor was unable to make such reads and accurate throws yesterday and he'll have to from here on out in order to succeed in this league.
  6. I agree that the DL got dominated but, in fairness, the Pats substituted OL constantly and never seemed to have the 3 rookies out there at the same time.
  7. And Jonas Gray has a 200 yard rushing game in the NFL to his credit yet, he'll be flipping burgers this time next year, if not before. If Taylor can't get his throws under control and is unable to speed up his decision making, he'll not be long as a starting QB in this league.
  8. Actually, Brady and company are pretty f'ing good. As for the rookies on the OL ..... not to make an excuse for the Bills DL but it has been reported that Belichick has said that the talent and skill on this years Pats OL is the best he's ever had. Last years Pats OL handled the bills DL without too much incident .... maybe it should have been expected that an even more skilled and talented Pats OL this time around, might fare better?
  9. Way too many times Taylor was too late and too high with his throws. Starting QB's in the NFL can't perform like this. If this doesn't improve, he will not be starting in this league; unless those behind are no better.
  10. Timing is perfect for an upset. But, in the end, gotta take Brady. Pats 20 Bills 16
  11. Or, he's going to go 4 TE .......
  12. Thanks for the warning. I'll make sure my amps are off to start.
  13. Best way to contain Gronk is to not to allow Brady time to get him the ball. Problem is, Brady gets rid of the ball so quickly that it is oftentimes impossible to disrupt him in order to throw his timing off. Many teams realize this, yet, they have been largely unsuccessful defending them. Not sure of the X's and O's involved here but, one of the few things Rex has going for him is a sound grasp of X's and O's.
  14. Should be a very good, close game. I like the better QB in close games so, 31-28 Colts.
  15. Now this is a much better attitude to take on this subject .... kick their asses out on the field instead of working the excuse angle to justify domination.
  16. The Pats are the champs and have been dominating the league since the start of this millennium. This, no doubt, pisses off fans of teams that have felt the wrath of the Pats dominating ways. For such fans, it is understandable that not much enjoyment would be derived under such conditions. But, know this .... for every jealous and pissed off fan for whom the NFL fun has been ruined, exponentially more, new NFL fans, are intrigued with what's been happening and jumping on board the Pats bandwagon. Much to the chagrin of those pissed off fans.
  17. I probably would have had better success spelling the Mulder character's real (last) name
  18. That's why I said conspiracy theory experts like Scully and Muldar need to get onto this el pronto.
  19. You mean in a way similar to the Wells commissioned report, drawing upon a specific league imposed narrative, and drawing a "more probable than not" conclusion?
  20. Ah, yes .... Ernie as Walter Skinner. Does that mean Goodell is the Smoking Man?
  21. Such jealousy and envy. The league outta call in agents Muldar and Scully to figure out why, after no longer video taping and stealing other teams plays, the Pats still have figured out a way to dominate the sport that isn't supposed to be dominated.
  22. Berman was there to rule on process only and not to rule on Brady's guilt/innocence. But he certainly judged it during the hearings when he made it abundantly clear that he had serious doubts that the evidence showed Brady to be guilty. Only an unreasonable person would conclude that Berman would find Brady guilty ... had he been asked to rule on guilt/innocence.
  23. I am talking about the law requiring fundamental fairness in arbitration matters within this, or any, CBA.
  24. Nor should it be assumed that Brady is guilty ........ based on the assumptions culled from the findings of a seriously flawed "independent" report commissioned by the league. Indeed. It's not the CBA that is flawed ... it's the implementation of the CBA that is. Previous commissioners had no issues applying the rules of this CBA. Why? Because they did so in a fair and just manner. For whatever reason, this current commissioner has chosen a different course of action.
