  1. But if it ended up being like the Odin Lloyd case, the texts might not be admissible.
  2. ..... except in a civil suit I can draw upon a defense to prove otherwise.
  3. And, in the end, this is all the league needs to potentially bury the man it seems; a more probable than not verdict culled from a firm that is a significant client of the judge, juror and executioner.
  4. Which means that Brady knew Jastremski but not necessarily McNally (at least by name). Much like I know the gal who bags my groceries; just not by name. I don't think anyone is saying that Brady doesn't use ballboys to deflate the balls to his liking. The issue is if he directed them to deflate them to UNDER legal PSI values. The report doesn't conclude this to have happened. Any conclusion that it did is purely speculative.
  5. Did Brady know McNally? Of course he did but maybe not by name. As for the texting bit. Perhaps I failed to digest all of the report and missed it but I do not believe there are any records of text logs (of McNally and Jastremski) that shows texts between them and Brady. As for the balls. Officials could only measure 14 (of the 23 balls) at 1/2time and found it impossible to record the PSI of the suspected ball. Yet, these guys are believed to be competent by the Well's investigation? Please. The above are nothing more than inferences .... done to create a desired outcome.
  6. But, like much in this case, you are presuming ...... that Brady knew him by name. It's possible Brady only knew him as the guy who deflates the balls.
  7. I read the report. BTW, I am an EE and studied science Ad nauseam. BTW, I did a science breakdown on this matter in the "New England Patriots caught deflating balls" thread some time ago if you wish to see the math involved. As for the report, the issue with it that nullifies the validity of its scientific (used very loosely) conclusion is the small sample size of the Colts (4) footballs. I could easily chose a different 4 of the 11 Pats measurements and come to the conclusion that the drops are similar.
  8. Speaking of math ..... the math clearly shows that no guys were needed to lessen the PSI to below the legal limit; grade 10 physics, applied to mother nature conditions, assured this as so.
  9. Yet the officials can't even get all 4 of the Colts tested balls done correct? The report was slanted to find ways to blame the Pats.
  10. I did not read this as such in the report. As an aside, if this happened as you claim in the AFCCG then the PSI of the balls would have appreciably lower then they were checked in at. The temp and atmospheric conditions were such that the could explain the full under pressure condition on its own.
  11. Ummm, "the dude who deflates the balls must be under a lot of stress"
  12. Keep in mind that the report suggests that the checking by officials, due to inaccurate gauges and the incompetency of those performing the test, was anything but trustworthy.
  13. Just because Brady wanted balls deflated does not mean he wanted them underinflated. Also, while the report makes it clear that Brady knew Jastremski there is no evidence that Brady knew McNally. The report simply speculates that Brady knew McNally.
  14. I have no idea how to answer your questions because I am not privy to the situation to know for sure. Neither are most fans who are reading the report which is why I contend any conclusion one makes is based entirely on speculation and conjecture. As for handing over the cell .... maybe he's like me and, unless legally made to do so, would never make any of my personal info available to anyone .... especially a lawyer or my wife ;-) I actually think Brady's toast in all of this. Right or wrong, the wording of the report concluded in such a way as to arm the league with all they need to administer punishment.
  15. Brady did what? Ask to deflate the balls? I am 100% certain he asked them to deflate the balls. I am not certain he asked them to deflate the balls to below regulation (the illegal bit of the equation) .... nor does the report prove that he did.
  16. Yet, when all is said and done, there is no proof of anything; just opinion based on speculation and conjecture.
  17. I did indeed but figured there was no point in noting that there was no proof or evidence provided in anything I read that Brady did anything wrong; just a bunch of circumstantial evidence and conjecture and then, finally, a typical "more probable than not" form response that would prove beneficial to the paying client.
  18. So, all I get out of the report is that it is more probable than not that Wells is pissed because Brady wouldn't accommodate Wells by allowing him to sift through all his phone pix of he and Giselle. Honestly, I'd be pissed too.
  19. Just note that should Roger put Ted Wells' team onto the "Applebeegate" case that a report should not be expected until sometime just prior to training camp.
  20. ....... Applebeegate. Bring on another Ted Wells investigation.
  21. I am not sure what kind of man Rex is but you are presumptuous that they hit it off. Maybe Collin's prefers the polar opposite type personality for a HC?
  22. Not sure how that relates but most NFL owners are rich enough
  23. I am not sure Collins knows this. Most likely, all he knows is that Rex's Jets were so god awful bad these last 4 years that it got him fired. ....... or, a 46-50 career NFL record with no more than 8 wins coming these last 4 years.
  24. Rex "the leader" just got fired from his previous job where he posted a sub W/L record. Not sure what's so inspiring about that!
  25. Anyone know what Collin's fav team was while growing up?
