This screams rebuild and major cap constraints. Bills need to make a play before anyone else to try to get Cam Jordan. it would likely be a win for both teams and the player.

I want Allen to get as much national pressure as possible that means endorsements for him. So he can restructure his deal and take $15-20M less than market value each year and build up the quality of players around him.

When the safeties are that deep you are essentially playing with only 5 initially coverage players (d-line doesn’t count). So take away their five O-line and it’s 5 defenders on 5 for receivers, then throw in maholmes scrambling ability. Not a formula to win in my opinion when it is the only defense you show for the entire night.

All this about being tired. Allen lead the offense on a 7 minute touchdown drive leaving less than 2 minutes. They played defense for 50 seconds on the Hill TD drive. They have an 8 man rotation o. The D-Line they are supposed to be tired up front.

I would not have squibbed as an up back can field and give themselves up instantly for only a second loss. The short pop up would have been my preferred method.

By playing the don’t give up big scheme I believe the bills in effect took Poyer and Hyde almost out of the game. They were not involved in any plays in terms of pass breakups or getting over to assist on deep throws, etc. would have loved to see coverage mixed up from deep shell and press or even a few plays where they were within 10 yard of the line then retreated just before the snap. Way to vanilla in my opinion, all to not give up the big play. The Bills allowed 10 plays of 20 or more yards.
