You get an extra-added bonus with Floyd. In addition to being a beast WR, Michael Floyd is one of the best downfield blocking WR's I've seen in a long time. I think it's a huge asset to the running game to have a receiver that is that willing, and that good at blocking on running plays. As much as I want Floyd, if the Bills don't re-sign Bell, I think they will go LT in the 1st.

Including the game where the Bills dominated him....and that was before the Bills had the monster pash rush they have now.

I love all the episodes that previous posters have mentioned, but I am surprised no one mentioned the episode where they voluneer to spend time with senior citizens. If he is signed, the Bills would likely release Dwan Edwards to offset the cap hit....IMO.

You're right...Meachem is not the game-changeing signing that Mario would be. If the Bills sign Mario Williams tomorrow, no one will even remember Meachem was in town.

This is one of the things I like about him, but I see your point about this not being appealing to the casual fan.

I've enjoyed Mayock as an announcer for the Notre Dame games the last 2 years, and am glad to get a chance to hear him call a pro game. His analysis is spot-on, has a lot football knowledge, and doesn't make a lot of mistakes like Simms, Aikman, and a lot of the other morons we are forced to listen to on a week to week basis. I'd love to hear this guy call a few Bills games.

Which game do you see them winning?? They couldn't beat the Dolphins at home, I doubt they will beat the Broncos. The Pats on the road when they will be playing for home field??? That's going to be ugly. The Bills picking 4th is a more likely scenario than the Bills winning another game, IMO.

It was also funny that after Pears signs an extension, he had 2 penalties and gave up a sack within the first 5 minutes of the game....yikes.
