  1. Damn I hope you are right Rich. Hows that seat?? Keeping it warm for me?
  2. I hope Willis gets a run up on him, lowers his shoulder and breaks his face cage...
  3. Nope that's the worst part. I've been trying for a year or two now to figure a way to watch Bills games week in week out but no luck. There is NO PLACE in this entire country to watch Bills games live each week. We get a double-header shown on Satellite TV and the Sunday and Monday Night games shown live (of course we are 5 hours ahead so watching Night games is tough) but the Bills were shown live only once last season (week 17) and there is no guarantee that they are shown more often than that even if we do well. The NFL and the bidding TV companies dictate what we get to see football wise over here. I do get to see a 20-30sec highlight on Sunday night, but usually fans over here rely on Field Pass radio and highlights on the net. We CAN get DVDs of Bills games at £10 a pop, but not until Thursdays - and that doesn't really cut it does it? We had a meet of Bills Backers UK a week or so ago, and some guy had heard rumours of some places on the net to get streaming Live NFL games on a Sunday - but had no link or location - and was only told about it in a cryptic "if you look in the right places" kind of way. Trust me Google doesn't help. I've heard of Slingmedia or similar which relies on someone in the US with a fast connection to hook up their cable or Sunday Ticket to their comp to stream to a host over here - but connections to get any kind of quality cost some money so I hear and I don;t know anyone in the US willing to share their connection in this way. I am still looking for a way to guarantee regular Live Bills games each week. The search will go on until the UK is a big enough market for the NFL to warrant selling NFL Sunday Ticket - but that's at least 3-5 years away and likely will never come about. Ideas are always welcome - but they need to be good - because there are 100 or more Bills fans in my Chapter who have looked and drawn a blank...
  4. Ah I wish they had it over here... There is no DirecTV, no Sunday Ticket and no plans from the NFL to allow it for "at least a couple of years". It is a poor existance being a Bills fan in the UK. Even being President of the Bills Backers has no perks...
  5. wow damn that is something I would LOVE to see...
  6. Bills 17 Bucs 28 Road games are tough to win. JP will cost us a TD this week...
  7. just hit refresh dude
  8. just hit refresh
  9. the most maddening thing about John Madden was that during the game he continuously kept calling things out - and the play was something completely different... one play - Joey Porter ran an under pattern where all the other recievers appeared at first glance to have cleared out. John starts saying how great a play it was where att the DBs backed off in man-to-man and the LBs were tracking the QB tight to the line Joey Porter was wide open blah blah blah. As he is saying this a reply shows 3 Raider WRs close together on the field and 3 Pats players in a 2 yard vicinity as Porter made a safe, but by no means easy, catch in mild traffic...
  10. http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showt...d=438616&st=0 see my post on the subject of willis getting hurt
  11. nice job Jay - and the knock on Willis some day soon will be his height. tall backs get injured - they get hit on the knee where shorter backs get hit on the thigh pads - so if players watch their tape and avoid the stiffarm, we better be ready for some nervous moments......
  12. we'll we've all wanted to cream aussie at one point or another sorry tho - we knocked your socks off. and fast freddie was man of the series HAHA that fat blonde wanker Warne can go back to Oz never to torment the England boys again! and what a knock by KP - boy can he bat? did anyone see the baseball shot he pulled down the ground against brett lee? hilarious! that pug faced little chit..... hahahaha BARMY ARMY"
  13. We're gonna beat you!!!! They are almost ours again!
  14. BUT - where can I get a pair of those throwback socks?? things of beauty!
  15. I get chills when I see the team stream out onto the field in the red helmets... The red helmets have to stay - it's the best part of the uniform by a long way. I love the throwbacks - but I like that they are special throwbacks - lets keep them like that, special occasions only.
  16. The Bucs are a solid team for sure. It's a push as to who is the underdog here. Even money on both teams for the win. But The Bills need to play their own game - stay with the programme and whatever the outcome, if we stick to our game it will be fine. Anything can happen.
  17. What I hate is the unprofessionalism of the whole thing. It's so hurried, so slapdash - and there is no real comment worth listening to that soon after the game. I'd like to have 20-30 mins of AVP, Burress, and some guys analysing the key moments and some of the minor plays and then get to hear the interviews and press conferences in a 30 mintue edited section before they go to the phone-in...
  18. Yes - the show is played for an hour after the game on Field Pass and if you look in the right places you can pick it up on other online feeds.
  19. I saw a replay of the TD on the highlight - looked to me like a TD. The D did well to cover it all up - and there's not much to say about it. Carr did a good job... I'm not worried about giving up 7 in that sort of game.
  20. ok ok fair comment but I still prefer us with the red helmet and the charging buffalo... and the new duds (navy) are by far some of the coolest in the league... and the all-white away gear is awesome - i really have no gripe at all. we look nothing like the titans (although the shoulder in the away are kinda similar) and we are wayy off the broncos.
  21. Yeah Drew can be a class player. Shame that he really didn't get it done for us. I hope he has a solid season - he's been one of the NFLs better passers and should be remembered that way when he quits.
  22. NOPE - keep our current Unis and keep the alternate that we wore yesterday as a special. we do not need to look like the colts like we did today...
  23. I can't believe there aren't more posts praising Jason Peters!! He's the greatest player on this team. That catch surely cements his place as a starter on this offence!!
  24. Ugh yeah Brinson was horrible - the whole post-game radio was sloppy. Never went to the Locker Room for the start of an interview - too many ads - and Brinsons pointless jabbering... hopeless.
  25. The Bills sure lifted my mood on Sunday I feel much better than I would normally on a Monday morning! Roll on Tampa!
