  1. I like 16 or 17... i can't remember now... what a bunch
  2. What if Holcomb struggles? Do the coaches put JP back in? What if we stay with Holcomb for the rest of the season and finish with a losing record? We are trading away JPs development and the future of this ball club to satisfy aging veterans who have passed their prime. The future of this club is the Losman-McGahee-Evans show on offence - if we suffer the indigity of missing the playoffs again, lets do it with our future in mind, not with a band aid over the sores.
  3. EM has shown to me he is a classless sh-- with his actions so far this year. He barely looked like he was trying in the first 4 games. Hey Eric :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: time to move over buddy
  4. Mularky and co suck. I'm not a happy man right now.
  5. Content ignored. Title villified! Hilarious! Now Cleetus, back to the yard with ya. Ma's got some a'huntin' to do
  6. Another reason to love TBD look at the ass!!
  7. Coach may be looking at all of the games this season. I just looked at Sunday's game. Then again, coach may be blowing hot air out of his ass.
  8. I did some analysis and came up with the following numbers from Sunday's game: 1st down: Run 52.63%, Pass 47.37% 2nd down: Run 37.5%, Pass 62.5% 3rd down: Run 25%, Pass 75% 4th down: Rin 100%, Pass 0% Total: Run 41.67%, Pass 58.33%
  9. Hell of a black box for a blond, eh?
  10. #89 in a Jills outfit on the sidelines cheering and hollering as Bob Lamb/Cablelady take on BF and ICE in a piggyback-pillow fight at the Ralph!! THAT's what happens if we finish under .500!! FWIW I think we will finish 8-8 now.
  11. Bob Lamb with cablelady on his shoulders!!
  12. I have a grip. Just posing a hypothetical for debate.
  13. As I see it Wade was shafted by the GM/Owner and his only key mistake was to refuse to wear headphones... Wade had us in the playoffs and did the right thing by refusing to fire the ST coach.
  14. Any scenarios welcome.
  15. No spoilers here. But a word of warning. If you go to this film expecting a rush of violence and action you'll be disappointed. This movie was a superb, in my view, effort to combine film noir with arthouse cinema. The overall effect is a bizarre spectacle of modern america with a very heavy 1950s tinge to the shot composition, colours, set, wardrobe and pretty much everything else. The violence it portrays is sudden, gratuitous and graphic, but over very quickly and conducted (as I suppose is part of the fils moral - if it has one) in a very unglamorous, understated way. The overall effect of the film is one that keeps you guessing, keeps you feeling tense and leaves you to conclude what you will. It's not for everyone. Most people in the packed cinema I visited left with cries of derision - but what are you going to expect from an audience in Streatham Odeon?? I feel they may have preferred something a little more mainstream in approach. I'd give it a B. Go watch it, but be prepared for something a little alternative.
  16. Fantastic news! Always pays to get a second opinion eh?? jzmack is dead! Long live jzmack!
  17. Shoulda NEVER let Wade go... That was dumb.
  18. Yup - let "look at me Nate" walk. Use the money from Nate to buy in 3 new OL, 2 new DTs. Our priority for the off season should be: OG DT OT OG WR DT DE CB LB
  19. What I love about this third straight loss is that the tone of Questions to MM and TD is totally hostile. They need to know that the fans are pissed and they need to listen to our collective wisdom. We're all saying run the football more right? Well they did a study over here and it turns out that the masses are correct more times that the experts. Ask a guy in the street his opinion on something and he's no more than 50% likely to get the answer right, whereas an expert in the field will get it right more like 65%. Ask a great number of people, and the most popular opinion will be correct over 80% of the time. 80%. I work with the 80/20 rule, so I'll take that. Bills fans to call the plays on Sunday
  20. Because Drew was a 10+year NFL veteran with pro-bowl credentials... Because JP had thrown 5 NFL passes before the start this year.
  21. Item Number Descripiton [A] [16] [number of rushes attempted by McGahee] Far too few [5.3] [average yards per rush by Willis (see A)] A good average. We should do this more [C] [6.1] [team average yards/carry ] See B [D] [23] [team rushes attempted (see A.B.C & N)] See A. Too few [E] [75] [Duke Preston did not play] He's a rookie OC/OG. So what? [F] [65] [rushing yards by McAllister before last 5 carries] Good job Defence [G] [65] [rushing yards by McAllister on last 5 carries] Bad job offence [H] [2] [balls thrown to TE's (see I &N)]We should do this more [20] [number of the NO starting safety on IR this week (see H)] [J ] [29] [number of the NO rookie safety getting the start (see H & N)]7. Number of essentially rookie QB for Buf [K] [45] [yard FG missed in an indoor facility]But but but. Lindell is our most consistent performer [L] [216] [KO return yards by the Bills] That's because we had to do it so often [M] [ 4-5-9-4:52] [down, YTG, points down and time left when punt called for (see N)] TMQ will deride this. Too many preposterous punts from this team for many years now [N] [6] [cumulative wunderlich of Bills coaching staff (see A,D,E,H & M)] You really have to wonder, eh?
  22. Hmm - this is true to an extent... Alex VP is a former QB who is going to side with the QB naturally. From the radio broadcast and what limited footage I have seen, I think there are a nunber of factors for the offences woes: 1. We get away from the run too early. 2. The coaches seem too anxious to get JP involved in the passign game. 3. The WRs (esp Moulds and Evans) appear to be suffering from a lack of motivation. They're not trying. 4. JP makes some of the wrong reads. 5. JP is inaccurate. 6. The coaches have gone away from what appeared to work well in 2 of 4 preseason games (namely running the football, designed rollouts). 7. Too much shotgun in obvious passing downs. There may be more - but that is how I see it.
