  1. They do?? Sorry - but at no point have I gotten that impression.
  2. Nice call... but this is essentially why I am backing MM, because I don't by all the speculation.
  3. The in-game adjustments I agree with - but he could do it in Pittsburgh with a successful O there... couldn't he?? His playcalling has sucked this year - yeah - but he only took over mid-season, and even then has been calling plays for a bunch of guys that can't get sh-t all blocked, a qb that is suffereing as a result of essenitally rookie jitters and poor line play, and a bunch of guys that gave up in week 3 when the team's leader got injured. Ditching Drew and going with Losman can be the downfall of TD, but I don't want it to be the downfall of MM - because with a good OL and a better OC, I think MM has the ingredients to take this team into the playoffs.
  4. No but I did get a flavour of what the truth is that is out there and the actual truth and they are vastly different... I have said openly for a while now that I would prefer to hang on to MM... My faith in that was tested on Sunday when I saw his Press Conf for real - but I am back with him... The best shot to win is to get rid of TD restructure one or both of the coordinator positions and get some linemen in here... If MM can go back to being the HC, not the OC too, I think it'll be back on the right course... Additionally - I really haven't been sold on any of the touted replacements. The guy who replaces his MUST be experienced as a HC in the NFL - and there aren't any around. In that eventuality - why not stick with our guy and let him continue to develop as a Head Coach rather than bin him only 2 years into a 5 year agreement?
  5. But he was saddled with a bust of a RT, has had to suffer the loss of the best player on the team this year, and the loss of the starting DT (regardless of skill, losing starters hurts). I don't know - there are a bunch of factors that crop up when you assess Mularky that say to me that the problems are not completly down to him and excuse his performance... to a degree I also think the Moulds situation is different - and looking at how he has consistently handles Sam Adams the past 2 years tell me he can manage the vets. Moulds I think has been posturing for a season or two to get out of town - saw his opportunity this year and is doing everything to take it....
  6. GREATEST WINGS I HAVE EVER EATEN They are good.
  7. I've listend to all the comments and assumptions and speculation recently about MM/TD and the changes that are on the way. While a GREAT deal of people insist that there is going to be a complete overhaul at OBD, I think more likely there will be 1 to 3 key changes over the coming months. And one of those ought NOT be to fire Mularky. MM had a better team to work with last year and scored a 9-7 season. With poorer tools he has done a worse job. Now a great deal of this is down to MM for sure, but the influence of TD is there and we would do well to tweak at the top and let MM have one more year. If the new GM is unhappy with MM after that year he can move MM on... In all reality tho - we need an experience HC to come in - and there aren't going to be any sensible choices... So we'd be faced with long-time OCs or college coaches - none of whom I believe would be an upgrade over MM. I think we need a new OC and a new DC and a new GM. Some of that can be fixed with internal promotions (Whyche OC? Modrak?) others can't (maybe Modrak isn't a great idea)... I for one believe MM should be retained one more year - and I don't think it is a forgone conclusion that he leaves at the year end.
  8. Agreed. Can we now move on?
  9. Wearing Orange is cool as a protest... But what are you protesting? The team sucks. Ralph knows this. We are in his hands.
  10. None of the above have HC experience yet right? The next HC in Buffalo needs to have lead a team for 3-5 years... regardless of previous success, our next HC needs to have actual NFL HC experience. Apart from if it is Norv Turner. In which case I would rather a bag of pretzels be our head coach.
  11. Well 80 is still too old to start dealing with the goings of of an NFL franchise day-to-day. Especially at the important and busy position of HC or GM...
  12. Do not bring back Marv. Please all of you stop taking mind altering drugs. You have no clue what effect they have on you long term. Marv was great for us back in the day. There is no way an 87 year old who has been out of the NFL for several years can help us long term...
  13. bullets??? we all had the same problem
  14. Of course she's hot...!
  15. I saw him being driven when I was at the Ralph this weekend. I do not believe he drives.
  16. Definately very good looking tour guide.
  17. My comment is that we need another WR in the offseason. The comment on Lee Evans is pulled from Fox's power rankings. Now that I am getting flamed I am going to defend myself... Lee Evans is a great talent. Do doubt. He also has some great flashes. But that is exactly the point of the quote - it appears that his flashes are patchy - like Chris Chambers. Also - the comment about always needing a good QB are indicative of a blame culture going on in the team. Looking to blame someone else for bad play. Lee Evans could join Moulds and Reed as one of the greatest recievers in Bills History... But to be honest - he's only done it in flashes... Now I am ready to rip a hole in everyone on this team right now because they all deserve it. That 58 completion from Losman to Evans happened because Lee decided to put it up a gear. Losman didn't have any additional time from the OL on that or any other play all game. Yeah he needs to be more consistent - see my other posts today) - but the same comment can and should be made about Lee Evans. No one is safe on this team. NO ONE. at 4-9 everyone is fair game.
  18. Just PM me any time - y'all are welcome to be entertained by me in England..!
  19. A copy of an email I recieved from !@#$...
  20. Ignoring JP's woes... Evans has just not shone like we all expected. This quote from Fox Sports sums him up... Sadly true - and just adds another need to the off-season shopping list (assuming that Moulds is done).
  21. Sadly - I suspect he is the guy that survives the cull. My opinion on the HC remains unchanged... MM should and will stay, as there are not other experienced NFL Head Coaches that we would want to see in town. If we give JP another year, we give Mularky another year.
  22. I disagree - I think OBD are behind him 100% and do not question him. This is right and how it should be. Its certainly how I want my organisation to be. On the T directive.... maybe....
  23. I have no doubt this is what he was doing. I was sat less than 5 or 6 people away from him in the Press box... hence - I am clear this is what he was doing.
  24. Oh I forgot - Van Millers best comment all game (I laughed hardest)... 3rd & 15 or more. Patriots with the football. Brady hikes the ball, drops back, hands off late to Michael Cloud for a draw play that gains 3 yards. Van Miller: Hey wait a minute! How did Bill Belichek get his hands on our playbook?!? The media guys in front rolled their eyes. I was near to crying at that point... All too funny.
