  1. I used to love him, but at this point he could make the Hindenburg disaster a yawner.
  2. I was ready to complain bitterly myself. Maybe get another beer?
  3. Still, I worry about slants, with Tua throwing instantly, so no pass rush, and Hill and their other speedsters catching the ball at full speed. How do you defend against that? Our corners don't jam, do they?
  4. Can you imagine if Mahomes or Lamar played a game like Allen played? Heads would explode. Mahomes vaulting over a safety for TD, Lamar throwing lasers all over the field, either one of them accounting for four TDs. Both played meh games and STILL the MVP hype train is high on them. Allen? No big deal.
  5. The Bills have Allen and Rousseau, the Dolphins have Hill. No other player on either team is a difference maker, at least not on a consistent basis. So the Bills are better. In fact, they'd be better even if Rousseau were JAG. That's how good Allen is. He could take the Chicago Bears to the playoffs.
  6. Not sure why Bass would be on any list. Are expectations that low that he deserves a game ball for making two FGs under 40 yards, while failing to kick it into the end zone, resulting in a TD return? Here's a game ball for not blowing it too much, Tyler? A lot of players contributed, but there were only two superstars: Allen and Rousseau. They get the game balls, in my book.
  7. Yeah, but Lamar is such a great team leader! Plus, he lost weight, which has to count for something. MVP!
  8. Let's hope it starts with taking Elam, who might be the worst tackler on the team, off special teams.
  9. Yeah, but even he admitted that play was a big-time fail. I mean, going for an interception on fourth and forever with the game on the line?
  10. There you go letting facts get in the way of a biased rant again. You're harshing my mellow, man!
  11. No, when he vaulted into the endzone his right elbow landed on his right hand.
  12. Makes sense from an experience standpoint. Bishop might have done fine, but so did Ingram, so good call even in retrospect.
  13. The only solution I see to this team is put Allen on defense, too. And give him a shot at head coach and kicker. He's a star surrounded by mediocrities.
  14. Play not to lose, the McDermott way.
  15. He really is. It's like he and Brady got together and agreed it's best to run the ball, keep it close, and win with as slim a margin as possible. This with a future HOF quarterback in his prime. A throw any time there, with the Cardinals expecting nothing but runs, could have ended the game.
  16. A porous defense, shaky kicker, mediocre kick coverage, overtight head coach... and a genetic freak at quarterback bailing out everybody. Nothing has changed.
  17. Let's hope all that running pays off deep in the fourth quarter and the Cardinals D is wiped out.
  18. Another year, still no YAC.
  19. Yeah, give him a break. 😁
  20. We need Poyer to be the enforcer and big-play guy back there. Yawning chasm with him gone.
  21. Josh is 13 of 15. He'll never be an accurate quarterback.
  22. Why not go deep on first down? I mean, yes, I'm sitting on a couch, but where is the passing game? It's all check downs and swing passes and runs up the middle. Getting pretty predictable.
  23. On first down? No, thanks.
  24. Williams, not a good start.
  25. Big difference between nailing and mailing. I hope it's the former.
