Definitely not their best overall performance, but at least 17 isn’t running for his life on every play against every team every game as in years past. Huge step forward this year -
4 games in a row against 4 of the most brutal defenses in the league and we have been controlling the LOS. We are running with consistency, Allen has been kept generally clean all year, guard play vastly improved, Spencer Brown starting to become a man James Cook is absolutely feeding off of the interior combo blocking. Eric Wood always said that Krome is playing a chess game within the game Kudos to “Beach Chairs”

Is there an official update on Daquan yet?

McD said a couple of weeks ago that Milano is definitely done for the season. Also said that DQ has an outside chance of coming back (which is probably necessitated by a deep playoff run, if we even get that far) -
Sources say ZERO PERCENT chance McD is fired

.... and the Sabres weren't going to fire Jason Botterrill because "they had more information than the fans did" ... BOOM ... fired 3 weeks later -
He had admittedly consulted with Bill Polian for sometime a number of years ago

The only unaccountable person at One Bills Drive is Sean McDermott. He doesn't hold himself accountable, he isn't held accountable by Ownership and Management, and expects everyone else to be accountable and to "learn". This is the entire issue ... he's been responsible for the major blunders, and then scapegoats out. The players know it, and they're sick of him and his "Process" message. Ever see Dan Campbell from the Lions? I saw him take the microphone podium after a game they lost, and publicly admit that it was HIM that screwed up and cost the team the game (and he was crying while doing it). All you get from McD is .. "we didn't execute" and "we have to get better" or "we'll learn from this". McD is Terry's Pet Poodle, and untouchable Golden Boy ... and everyone ELSE has had enough

Do the Pegulas Have What It Takes?

McD is Terry's Pet Poodle -
That’s because They like and trust their coach who they know can get them over the top … and won’t slave drive them only to choke when it matters most. That’s the difference. Reid is creative and adaptable and McD just goes around and around in circles driving the same square peg in the same round hole. The Cheifs are married to winning the Super Bowl, and the Bills are married to some mythical process and a belief that if you just keep trusting, you’ll get there (while other teams grow and adapt and kick us in the nuts)

Because everything with the Bills has to operate inside of a neatbox and follow a process

I'm beginning to wonder just how far McD has his nose in this and how much he's dictating. I was refreshed that we got "outside the box" last night and it was a joy to watch. Wouldn't surprise me at all if McD was "forced" to have to cut the shackles. One thing becoming more and more obvious though (which I've said for years) .. McD doesn't have as much of clue as to how to get over the hump as he thinks he does. It's great that he's bull headed which is why we're always competitive, but he also bullheaded to a fault and cannot adjust quick enough. Coaches who think more cerebrally typically feed him his lunch

We all know what an 11 works like ... just for fun and discussion, how would a NH / 12 look and work like? Might be intersting

It sucks ... the 1T is the single most important piece in a McD defense
