  1. I heard it as well.... I assumed the musical QB's was another of the 'poor decisions'. Lawyer did impress me however......
  2. And this is why TD (and MM) are gone. Realistically, it should have been Drew and not Holcomb but thats another subject.
  3. Agreed...... Put a real line in front of him and then asess his performance. He was essentially a rookie on '05.
  4. I'm still laughing............
  5. Broke in the same year as TO.... What did he just get?
  6. Thanks........... http://espn.go.com/eoe/qf/
  7. I'd be shocked........
  8. I hope you are right..............
  9. Bet we'd get a 2nd day pick for him..... If we get anything.
  10. Good move......... Confirmed on the NFL Channel as well.....
  11. Hold on.... Now the NFL channel is saying he may head to New England to talk... reportedly asking for $4M!!
  12. Nah... I say Bill Clinton. Imagine the chicks running around the NFL offices
  13. Vanderjact to the Pattycakes
  14. Craig Nall is on the show now and he says he is competing for the STARTING JOB.
  15. I really don't believe it..........
  16. That was a different, pre Salary Cap Era..... Lots of Rooks start in this NFL.
  17. According to Jim Kelly, because of the musical QB's last year, the jury is still out on JP. They just don't know for sure & unless he plays.... they won't know. Mularkey coached for his job, not the team. Were the Chargers able to evaluate Brees after 7 games??? Uh, I don't think so.
  18. Craig Nall QB # 16 Craig Nall Position: QB Height: 6-3 Weight: 230 Born: 04/21/1979 College: Northwestern State NFL Experience: 5 * Name is pronounced NAHL * Became Brett Favre’s primary backup in Week 5 of 2004 after a rib/back injury ended Doug Pederson’s season; spent his first two-plus campaigns as Green Bay’s No. 3 QB * Among others, has fought off training camp challenges from Akili Smith (2003) and Tim Couch (2004), the third and first players taken, respectively, in the 1999 NFL Draft * Was an All-NFL Europe selection in 2003, when he led the spring league in TD passes (18) and passer rating (95.9) * Was the 10th QB taken in the ‘02 draft, behind players such as Joey Harrington (Lions), Patrick Ramsey (Redskins), Josh McCown (Cardinals), David Garrard (Jaguars) and one-time collegiate teammate Rohan Davey (Patriots) * Got married this past March to the former Amanda Crain; he also spends considerable time with his two Jack Russell terriers, Abby and Odie, who are roughly a year-and-a-half old Note: Amanda Crain was 'Miss Northwestern State', I guess she's a 'looker'. http://www.nsula.edu/news/nwlob01.htm
  19. Word didn't play last year, correct?
  20. Man severs own penis, throws it at officers
  21. I guess with Brees signing there, others will follow ala Michael Bennett......
  22. A few more things: He said unfortunately, Dante Culpepper will help the Fish and Drew Brees to the Saints was all about 'All the Zeroe's on the check'. When he was signing the jerseys, someone mentioned JP & he 'rolled his eyes'. (Not is a good way). Funny when Vince Young's name came up, Steven A said 'This guy got a "6" on the Wonderlic'...... Jim started to laugh and said he told Young to study hard & listen to your QB coach whichever team takes you. He can be a good NFL QB but it'll take time. ---- He also spoke extensively about Hunter & how the foundation is doing and lauded Pataki for donating $7M to the fund.... National program & getting all states involved to test newborns on 66 diseases. He wife was there as well........
