  1. Yep, this is about as frusterated as I've been in awhile. This is the same crap we've suffered through for the past 3+ seasons and I'm tired of seeing it. Either we sign some of the stupidest players around or our coaching staff can't coach...it's one or the other because we constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY make stupid mistakes, over and over and over and over and over again. Sigh, I'm grabbing a beer and hoping it numbs the pain of the second half. Even if we somehow win this game, we just look awful.
  2. The second sack was all Drew (pat-pat-pat), but both the first and the third sacks happen because Shelton missed his assignment. The first one was UNEXCUSABLE as he ran RIGHT by the blitzing LB instead of chipping him or outright blocking him. The third sack (the Drew rollout) Shelton decides to double up on a DL and lets the LB run free at Drew. The guy is just horrible and is costing the team. On another note, with or without Shelton this offense just sucks, period.
  3. I've met one or two, but not many. And that's saying something, I live in NYC...
  4. Hey, I'm not questioning anybody in particulars loyalty to their favorite team or why they starting rooting for that team...it's just amazing how many Yankee fans there are out there now that they've regained their winning ways. Where were all these fans in the 80s? It's so easy to root for a winner. I don't care for the BoSox but I commiserate with their fans, they've had it rougher than the Bills and their fans still stick with the team. I'm sure there are hardcore Yankee fans like that as well, but they get drowned out by every Minnesota Twins loving fan out there who has to have a “second favorite” team so they can root for a winner.
  5. A Twins fan starting a thread on a Buffalo Bills message board called "The Yankees Win!" when, in fact, the Yankees lost...and you're calling somebody else an "assbag"?
  6. GD, maybe BoSox fans are just as annoying as Yankee fans.
  7. I was watching Playbook on NFL network yesterday and was surprised when pretty much everyone in the studio said that the Bills should win this game going away. So it's not everybody that's picking the Raiders.
  8. This is intelligent reasoning... I don't care for the Yanks or the BoSox...but g'damn if Yankee fans aren't the most obnoxious POSs I've ever seen. You guys act as if you personally have won 26 championships...and you throw those numbers around like you've been alive and a fan of the team the entire time. Perhaps it's those championships that led you to be Yankee fans, and jumping on the bandwagon of an established winner is really nothing to be bragging about...
  9. He actually beat the blitz a few times, I was surprised and somewhat impressed.
  10. The last thing I want is for Arizona to shock NE...that would pretty much negate ANY chance the Bills have of pulling an upset 2 weeks later...The Pats aren't losing back to back games to the Cardinals and Bills...
  11. I wish this was the case as I have Dillon on my team...however, the same thing that happened last week will happen this week, they won't use Dillon that much until they have a backup for him...they don't want to risk an injury and then have no tailbacks on the active roster.
  12. And once Foster gets some carries you can count on him being injured too...the guy is one hell of a talented back, but he gets hurt just about every time he gets a heavy workload.
  13. Off of waivers?!? How was he not drafted? Even with his injury (which came in the last pre-season game) the guy should have been drafted in the 7th round or so.
  14. That all sounds great until you get to the "it's located in the state of Texas" part...which, with the possible exception of Mississippi, is the worst place in the US I've ever been. Unfortunately my mom lives in Dallas so I'm forced to go there at least once a year. =/
  15. If you had made this the subject of the thread people would have responded much better to it. As for the Henry stuff, it's complete garbage, but I'll let it pass because that line above gave me a good laugh.
  16. TH, while never having a serious injury, always seems to have a niggling thing or two wrong with him. I hope WM can handle the load and be productive.
  17. What the hell has Kelsey ever done to be considered "above average"...hell, what has he done to be considered "average"...the guy has started ONE game.
  18. Did I miss something? Did Shelton drop a pass in the endzone when I wasn't looking? How was it Shelton's fault the play didn't work? Throwing the ball at the goal line is done every week in almost every game...it wasn't a bad call.
  19. Clements got burned a HELL of a lot more than 3 times last season, more like 3+ times each game. It got so bad that my wife (who knows pretty much nothing about football) was asking, "who is that #22 guy that keeps getting beat?". Clements should put the nameplate "TOAST" above his locker.
  20. Um, yeah, okay. Pretty much all Moulds has face his entire career are double teams...who exactly have we had pulling those double teams off him? There is one guy on our O that opposing Ds fear and that is Moulds. It's a shame even Bills fans can't appreciate how great the guy is.
  21. That's pretty cocky for a guy who who had 3 INTs last season and got beat consistantly. If a guy is going to run his mouth he had better f'in produce.
  22. I said it in the offseason and I'll say it again. If we want to play Carolina's type of ball, that means a lot of close games...we don't have the kicker to win a lot of close games. That being said, right now there's nobody better out there, this should have been addressed in the offseason.
  23. How on earth does the Reese INT happen if Moulds doesn't fumble? You think after we kick the ball off to them they'll run the same play and the same WR will slip and fall letting Reese break on the ball? Bottom line is Moulds fumble at the 7 was a bad play on his part but it didn't really cost us anything...and to blame Moulds for that lateral is just ridiculous. And for the original poster, no Moulds is not overated. The guy is one of the best WRs in the league.
  24. Because he had a fumble in a game he's not deserving of some list? Then TO shouldn't be on any list, the guy fumbles and drops more balls than any WR in football. As for your second post, it makes aboslutely no sense. I was talking about QBs in the PAST, it had nothing to do with the current team...I didn't mention any other position on the field...you did. This team has plenty of talent, which is why you'll see a healthy Eric Moulds put up great numbers...just like he did 2 years ago and just like he did in the first 5 weeks last year.
  25. I'm tired of saying this, but I'll say it again anyway. The Moulds fumble at the 7 didn't have any effect on the outcome of the game, period. We got the ball back two plays later with Reese's INT which he returned to the 3 (we actually gained 4 yards by trading turnovers)...trying to say we could have added another 7 if not for his fumble is wrong. We had the shot from the 3 to put it in and failed. The other Moulds "fumble" wasn't even a fumble, it was a backward pass that was broken up...just because the stat sheet calls it a fumble doesn't tell the entire story.
