  1. That’s about the best news we could get regarding the injury. I thought it was a broken wrist.
  2. A farmer and his son had a beloved stallion who helped the family earn a living. One day, the horse ran away and their neighbors exclaimed, “Your horse ran away, what terrible luck!” The farmer replied, “Maybe so, maybe not. We’ll see.” A few days later, the horse returned home, leading a few wild mares back to the farm as well. The neighbors shouted out, “Your horse has returned, and brought several horses home with him. What great luck!” The farmer replied, “Maybe so, maybe not. We’ll see.” Later that week, the farmer’s son was trying to break one of the mares and she threw him to the ground, breaking his leg. The villagers cried, “Your son broke his leg, what terrible luck!” The farmer replied, “Maybe so, maybe not. We’ll see.” A few weeks later, soldiers from the national army marched through town, recruiting all the able-bodied boys for the army. They did not take the farmer’s son, still recovering from his injury. Friends shouted, “Your boy is spared, what tremendous luck!” To which the farmer replied, “Maybe so, maybe not. We’ll see.”
  3. I’ll take this all day. The high level we expect from White is that we are disappointed that he had a penalty and two completions. A TD and a bomb aren’t good but if the D allows 13 and this is the big complaint, I’ll take it.
  4. I don’t think they’ll trade out one QB on the downside for another. Between the two, even now, I’d rather have Eli. Granted, that’s not saying much. If Eli isn’t starting there next season it’s bexause they drafted one or brought in Carr or some other young(ish) QB. There are only two spots I can see Flacco getting the starting spot. Jax and Washington. Obviously, the Redskins spot is dependent on Smith’s health but I’d say it’s likely Smith isn’t ready to start next season. Every other team has an entrenched starter or a young guy they’ll suffer with while he learns. Cincy might be in the market for a new QB but I think they’ll go young via the draft. Edit: If the Raiders move Carr Incould see them bringing in a bridge QB but I wouldn't expect that they’d pay much.
  5. It must suck to live In such a black and white world. Unlike some I can critique what he does wrong and praise what he does right.
  6. What does that have to do with his missed pass?
  7. I wasn’t talking about the 2nd pass. People really done like it when people expect more from their starting QB. Any and all blame must must be directed elsewhere, I get it.
  8. Near identical play to the TD to foster from a few weeks ago. Nicely done.
  9. Its due to me watching the game. Try it an maybe you’ll have a more reasonable opinion.
  10. His big issue is he puts balls on a line instead of putting some loft on it so his WRs can adjust.
  11. Ahh, the modern world. If someone has a different opinion than you they must be a “hater.”
  12. When a guy has 2 yards on the DB he shouldn’t have to lay out, on a dead sprint to pull in a spectacular catch. If he doesn’t make a spectacular catch fans claim it’s a dropped ball. I swear when people heard Allen was inaccurate they pictured a guy who couldn’t throw it within 10 yards of his target so anytime he gets it close that ends up being good enough.
  13. My god, if posters try and say that pass was fine the Indont think they’ve seen a good QB.
  14. Then pick up a kicker during the week.
  15. If there’s no pressure dont leave the pocket. Wait for someone to come open.
  16. Teams are going to be ready for him running. He needs to keep his eyes downfield while running.
  17. I feel like fans treat Allen like the “special” kid in the class. Every thing he does that QBs are supposed to do posters go out of their way to say how great it was. It was a good throw, nothing special.
  18. Close, not sure there is enough to overturn it.
  19. I HATE throwing long on third and manageable . It’s the same thing TT did all the time. Such a low percentage play and Bills’ QBs seem to love doing it.
  20. He flinched but I’m not sure he came across.
  21. Wallace didn’t have it in his chest, he had it pinned to his shoulder which is why it was easy to rip away on the way to the ground.
  22. Perfect position, looks back for the ball and...doesn’t make a play. Frustrating.
  23. Just because it’s not a stand alone stat that correlates to winning as much as, say turnovers, doesn’t mean it doesn’t matter. Moving the ball consistently always matters.
