I was a little disappointed in Phillips yesterday saying Kiko is a great guy. Your guys are in this his locker room now. If you don’t have anything mean to say about a dirty opponent then don’t say anything at all! ?

Who Are You Rooting for the Rest of the Way?

I think after a 50TD season we’ve already reached this point. -
Miami Dolphins: HC Adam Gase fired (per NFL network)

I’m guessing McDermott is still looking at the tape. -

Colts in the AFC and Philly in the NFC. I like the Foles storyline. Would be something if a backup came in and led a team to a championship two years in a row. -

The easiest down to throw on is 1st and the Bills don’t do it nearly enough. -
Bills Week 17 draft order rooting interests

Neither will I but draft order is a nice salve in the wound should they lose. -
Julian Edelman fined $63,504 for unnecessary roughness on 3 plays
MDH replied to cd1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I've seen him do that same, fair catch, then throw a cheap a$$ block on the gunner at least 3 times this season alone. After getting flagged and fined for it multiple times it's not like he can plead ignorance. Just a dirty scumbag. -
Week 16 Bills at Pats Postgame Postmortum
MDH replied to billsfan_34's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We’ve heard the “it’s not a finished product” and “have patience” lines for 20 years. When a team fires it’s head coach every 3 years this is an auto built in excuse. These coaches come in and jettison the previous regime’s player and bring in their own and we get the same “have patience” or “what do you expect they’re rebuilding” rationaizations. At some point, whether it’s this regimes fault or not, those excuses fail to satisfy. And I’m the last person here with a “touch for the dramatic”. You don’t hear me bitching about posters or being too hard on the team or calling for players or be cut or coaches to be fired. I just don’t get those who get on other posters who, rightfully, have a reason to vent about the team. -
Week 16 Bills at Pats Postgame Postmortum

You may be right, I just don’t think the Bills can fill all of those holes in one offseason. Next year will be better but I don’t think it’ll be a playoff caliber club still. -
Week 16 Bills at Pats Postgame Postmortum

Your opinion is that if a fan doesn’t like the product on the field and is critical of it they should root for another team? Is that what you’d do if you weren’t happy with the product? If so, you wouldn’t be much of a fan. Another question, why are you okay with the product that’s been on the field the past 20 years and what would it take for you to become unhappy with it? Or are you just happy to have a team, any team, and that’s enough? -

Ted Washington not impressed with Bills DL

When an ex player says thing like this it just smacks of “these young players cant compare to my generation.” -
Which Bills Player Was Most Clutch In The Post-Season?
MDH replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
To this day Moulds still owns the single game post season receiving yards record. In two playoff games with the Bills he totalled 302 yards on twleve receptions. A shame he wasnt on better teams or played with better QBs. Not sure Id say he was most clutch, just putting it out there instead of all the usual SB team’s players. -
The Young Guns Have Arrived in the NFL !!
MDH replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The guy got to go through training camp and was on a practice squad last year. He’s a rookie the same way a redshirt freshman is a freshman - in name only. That being said, they’ve done a great job in SF of coaching up their QBs. Mullen’s has been a surprise. -
Passing League my eye!! Think again.
MDH replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Teams that “pound the rock” and don’t, at the very least, have a balanced attack have little chance of success. You can have a good passing attack, you can have a balanced attack but a team has to have a dominant D to have a weak passing attack and have any chance at winning the title. -
Passing League my eye!! Think again.
MDH replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Finding a single week that proves a point and saying “see!” doesn’t really prove the point. Obviously D is important, but this is an offensive league and the best teams in it have potent offenses that can run and pass well. -
Bills fall from 6th to 10th in Draft Order
MDH replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We might not remember the victories but a young QB gaining confidence in himself and of his teammates by playing well late in games is important. -
How can 7-7 be “at worst” when the Bills are sitting at 5-9?

Ponder This For a Moment.... (AFC East Champs)
MDH replied to Houston's #1 Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the Bills are pretty fortunate to have 5 wins given their talent level. -
Everybody thinks only about themselves? I disagree. Now if what he meant is he can only control his own actions and can’t worry about things out of his control, that’s a statement I agree with. Of course, if he’s that bad at expressing himself that he doesn’t understand the difference between the two statement perhaps he should stfu.

Do you think Robert Foster can develop to into a #1 receiver?
MDH replied to BBills88's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yep, this is my thought. Granted, in the modern NFL that’s still a starter but he doesn’t have the size or speed to be outside. You can get by without one of those, but not without both unless you just have a knack for getting open. Zay doesn’t have that knack. People get on him for his hands, but they aren’t the problem. A WR isn’t going to have a high catch rate if every ball is contested. He simply doesn’t get separation. -
I never liked how people try to define a #1 WR as anything other than a guy who is a top 32 WR. People tend to mean a gamechanger. There aren’t many of those guys, maybe 10. Nobody uses the same definition for RBs or QBs, but for some reason with WR they mean guys who might end up in the Hall.
