I didn’t hear Tre White’s name all day. I didn’t even really ever see him on my screen. I’m not sure they ever threw the ball in his direction.
Thats shut down right there.
The first fumble was bad decision by him. When an LB is bearing down on you in the backfield the correct response is not to try and stiff arm him.
He was also fortunate that two bad decisions he made didn’t result in INTs.
That said, I love the kid’s resiliency. The game isn’t too big for him with the game on the line. That’s an important trait.
Somehow Brown’s performance isn’t being recognized. 7 rec. 123 yards withgame winning catch on a ball he has to make a big adjustment to.
Bills might have found their #1 WR.
I think I counted 6 Pats threads on the front page.
I’m really looking forward to tonight’s game where we can hopefully hear more about this underreported story.
Jets are strong up the middle from the front all the way to the back. If any of the pass catchers have big games Id go with Brown or board favorite whipping boy Jones.
I keep hearing how Bell’s legs are going to be fresh after sitting out last year and not being used in pre-season.
While this is true haven’t seen anyone mention that he’s not used to contact. It’s been forever since he’s been hit. I could easily see him coughing up the ball a time or two today.
Good luck with that. The current CBA was a major win for the owners. I wouldn't expect that to happen again next time. If anything, the players will gain more power, not less.
I think the only thing that will upset me is if the Bills come out today and continue to play 1950s football by running the ball into a stout DL over and over again despite a lack of success. This team needs to modernize it's approach to offense. The Jets have weak CB play, I'd like to see them gameplan to take advantage of it. If Allen fails, so be it, but put him in a position to succeed.
That's because one word has been used historically in the US to belittle and demean a people and the other was hilariously created to try and do likewise but has failed to gain any traction other than in comedy.
They're not the same thing at all and most people realize this.
I'd be happy with Trubisky like numbers from last year. People are looking at one game to start the season and using that as proof that Trubisky sucks. He was horrible last night, it happens. Josh will be horrible in some games this year too, it doens't mean he isn't and can't be a good QB.
