  1. Well, Russ Brandon is still employed there.
  2. I'd say your top 5 is clear-cut & right on.
  3. Agreed on Whaley, great post. Not as upset about Fred as others though, but I will miss him.
  4. Yep.OJ Jimbo Bruce Thurman are locks for the 1st 4, 5th spot is up for grabs, this week it's gotta be Fred.
  5. If Thurman Thomas can go to Miami, Fred can go to the Pats. I say Pats, just makes sense.
  6. Indeed. This pales in comparison to the day when they cut ties with 3 future HOF-er's, now that was worth crying over. Still hate to see him go though.
  7. IF (just for the sake of argument) Taylor is EJ 2014 bad, he's going to have to sit.
  8. Sure looks like it. Tough break for him.
  9. Tyrod Taylor without a doubt. Love Fred, but he never won anything, Taylor comes from a team that knows how to win, plus I think he just has that magic intangible 'IT'.
  10. Congrats Tyrod, here's to you making the most of this opportunity.
  11. Agreed, and I very rarely care how nice a guy a player is, how hard a player is trying, or past history/performance if there's a better option out there. But this one hurts.
  12. Wow. Thanks, Fred.
  13. I don't think it'll ruin him at all if he's not starting or even dressed to start the season (though I would have him 2nd string if it was up to me). For the first time in over a year (and ever for some people), it finally looks like he may become a quality QB. Let him develop a little more. If he keeps improving, it won't be long before he's playing.
  14. The Dean is obviously new to the Internet and catching up on some old trends, 2010 says hi.
  15. He wasn't moved to 3rd string, he's been 3rd-string for awhile now. If he started training camp at the level he's showed yesterday & maintained it, there wouldn't be any question of who would be starting Week 1. Bad break for him also that Taylor's looked so good
  16. Good point. Agreed he's looking better in this regard, but Taylor's pocket presence and ability to improvise has been great.
  17. One won Super Bowls while the other rode the bench and watched the master.
  18. No doubt the best pre-season game ever! I can't remember a better one.
  19. Taylor, I've seen all from him that I need to. I would like to see more of EJ next week though. If he lights it up again, I might lean his way.
  20. Yep. No need for Cassel anymore either.
