For all intents and purposes, Sully became irrelevant the day the Drought ended. He fought the good fight for all those years, but with Ralph and all of his Stooges gone, he no longer mattered. I wish he never would’ve apologized though, that was a sign of weakness. He’d been better off quoting Mick Jagger after Jesse Jackson was offended with the title track of the Some Girls album: “If you can’t take a joke, it’s just too f###### bad.”
