Lester is the only person (other than Ralph) who has been with the Bills for the past decade + of mediocrity. Face it, Lester must be the problem.

I would trade a top Special Teams for a top Offense or Defense any day. Special Teams is more like 1/5 of the game.

Keep DJ, bring in Norv Turner and Marvin Lewis. Who cares if they would make more money than DJ.

The Bills being so good at special teams in recent years just proves one thing. Special Teams is not 1/3 of the game. A good special teams does not help you make the playoffs. How do the playoff teams rank in special teams?

Someone posted a theory on Jauron's contract extension. They proposed that the reason it took so long to be signed was that Brandon was putting in a number of conditions. This is a change in philosophy for Jauron, maybe it wasn't his call. If DJ is sticking around, maybe we will see other philosophical changes.

Sell the team. If they are going to stay, I'd like to know now. Evyone thought the sabers were gone when adelphia was being forced to sell, but now it seems they are here for the long haul. Thesame could happen with the Bills. If they are going to leave, I'd like it to be sooner rather than later. The sooner they leave, the sooner we can move on. That play is a perfect example of what is wrong with NFL coaching today. Sure, you can say that due to the 2 min warning you could attempt to throw a pass because the clock would stop anyway. That is the exact type of over-thinking that occurs when you lock 15 guys in a film room for 80 hours per week. These coaches should do themselves a favor and get some sleep. You are in the lead w/ 2 min left. Do not try and get cute, just make the obvious call.

I've herd it said that 1 in 7 jobs in the US is somehow related to the auto industry. If the industry fails, it will hurt WNY, but it will also hurt other NFL cities. Detroit (obviously) Jacksonville (where the retired workers go to die). Cleveland, Pittsburg, Indy, Baltimore, Green Bay, St. Louis, Atlanta, Dallas, Philadelphia, Northern Jersey are all in areas with GM suppliers/factories. If the US auto industry fails, many teams will be in trouble. THe Bills may be in good shape because they do not rely as much on corporate support.

The Bills will win one more game. Jauron will get us to 7-9. I think the Bills have a 33% chance of winning Sunday.

Don't forget the Cap mess JB left in SD. Butler was very good at finding players. He just liked to pay them way to much. I think the contracts given to Parrish, Kelsey, & Denney show that Marv used the same philosophy.

Polian went to Indy with Jim Harbaugh as the QB. If Polian didn't have Jimbo here in Buffalo, he would have found someone else.

Brian Billick would be willing to bring in Marvin Lewis. Those 2 did pretty well the last time they coached together.

Looking at this list, I don't know who should be HC but I'd be happy if Ralph put up enough $ to make Norv Turner the OC and Marvin Lewis DC.
