  1. And how is that going? Maybe Edwards needs a little pressure to throw it down the field when the guys are open.
  2. So maybe it's time to tweek the system a little.
  3. You don' t have a lot to worry about the Bills success rate has not been all that high.
  4. Percisely how could this offense get more pathetic that it is? They are painful to watch. My plan for next season is to play a lot of fall golf and DVD the Bills games.
  5. It's a job interview they are interviewing us and we are interviewing them.
  6. Primary unless he is effectively doubled then Evans or Reed become primay. Get the Picture?
  7. They will take the Gronkowski Kid from Maryland. He is supposedly a great TE and he has Buffalo Roots. He would be a great pick up. We just might wind up with two Gronkowski's
  8. Let's be frank my friends. What do the Bills have to lose by signing T.O.? Would he "ruin" the team? I would suggest that there is nothing to ruin. The team went 7-9. The lost to every division rival. They got killed by New England w/o Brady! They will be lucky to match those wins next year given the strength of the division. Of the two most talented players they have - one is a selfish mercenary and the other is a juvinile delinquent. Could they be worse with TO? At least he is not a street thug or gangster wanna be. This is a business -SHOW BUSINESS.. How many tickets will TO sell here? how many TO Buffalo Bills Jerseys will he sell? How many Toronto fans will make the trip to see the Bills and TO? I agree with this TO could ruin a team. He could ruin the Giants He could ruin the Dolphins He could ruin the Eagles. The Bills? NOT! I will say one more thing The Bills could be the best thing for TO. He would could flourish. If they win everyone will say it's him. He could be bigger than he has ever been. Sure he would wear out his welcome in one or two years but by that time his career will be over and he could walk into the hall of fame.
  9. You can buy UB Bulls tickets we had an outstanding time last year 150 Bucks. Take the rest of the cash and play some golf or go skiiing.
  10. Signing Coles at those dollars would have been a problem. If he makes the pro bowl we will look pretty dumb but that is not happening.
  11. You might want to judge WR' s by the number of passes they catch and for how many yards and TD's Height is a factor but it's just one dimension.
  12. Well if James Hardy is as good as many people think than he can beat Coles out for the starting role!.
  13. Yep One good verteran WR. One OG trade or day one Pick . One TE (draft) One Good LB . Someone to rush the passer from any front 7 spot.
  14. It was an aggressive move on the Bills part an I liked it. What were the Bills supposed do wait for Greer to finish his tour of the League and hope and pray he decided to stay here?
  15. It appears that the Bills are Making a good faith effort to imporve their talent by their pursuit of mid level Free Agents. Exactly what New England and teams like the Giants do. I don't care that they sign every one of them. I care that we fill 5-6 of the 12 or so spots that need filling via FA. The others we can fill in the draft, trade or by UDFA. If Coles is too expensive than someone else will be just right. I know they have not closed most of the spots but the effort and sincere desire appears to be there and I believe thay will get some good work done!
  16. A guy who returns punts like he does is not a soft player. I do like your comment. " they do a lot of things wrong with Roscoe". If your not going to use him effectively than trade him.
  17. Perhaps, and maybe the Bills coaching is inept.
  18. Coles would be a big deal. He would be a great fit here with reed an Evans. Steve Johnson and Hardy would be able to work in on special situations. WR woudl be a real strength. It woudl free up Roscoe for a trade. The Bills never figured out how to make him into an Eddie Royal.
  19. Greer talking with New England visited yesterday or today.
  20. Yes and a Pass rusher and a TE and a LB. We cut 4 OL and signed one - lots of work to do here.
  21. How about the Pats with,Brady Back, tougher running game, Probably Greer, and two draft choices in the top 32? where they will surely find one or two of those really good linebacker in this class.?
  22. This is a true statement for the kind of player we want to attract. All business during the season. It's a long off season and there is plenty of opporutnity to play. You want to party locally rent a limo and head for Chippewa, The Ballet, Niagara falls, or Toronto. You will stay out of trouble and have as much fun as you wallet can handle.
  23. Absolutely correct. Housing is about the total cost of housing. It also about the potential for appreciation. The high tax structure kills any chance of significant appreciation. State Income tax is another problem. How about the commercials that the public employee unions are running on escalating the taxes on the "rich"? and high income earning people. I bet the players and their agents just love those.
  24. The City of Buffalo didn't seem to be a real problem when Bill Polian was GM and the Bills were winning. The problem is that we are a docile franchise in a division with agressive franchises. If the Bills they actually spent cash to the cap and still couldn't land players than I might buy some of the arguements. For most players I do not believe weather is an issues and for some of the big linemen I cannnot imagine going to camp in Carolina or Jacksonville or Baltimore. I do think that the Bills are now known around the league as a doormat franchise that lacks a committment and leadership to building a winner. The problem is compounded by the AFC East. With that reputation, the danger is that you attract a "Dockery". A player who is not motivated and sees his time in Buffalo as an opportunity to fatten his bank account.
