Perhaps Strength and conditioning is a problem for the Bills?

I don' t see the Bills with a 1st round QB either. LT, LB or DT is more likely. Clausen might be a possibility but he should be off the board. The League will conspire to see that Tebow goes to Jacksonville. I don't think McCoy could play in the Buffalo weather based on his arm strength. Lafevor should be available in a later round.

They need whatever OL help they can get. I would like to see them re sign Joel Bell. He finished a good season with the Roughriders in the CFL.

I need to be convinced that there is a quarterback worth the Bills number one this year. So far one has not surfaced but I will retain an open mind on it. The Bills very high priority needs are QB, OT, and defensive front seven. Not in any particular order. A great Linebacker, who can rush and stop the run could get my attention at number one. A LT, or a DT even a very solid DE. They need to get the best player available at those positions or trade into position to get one. Let's see how the Bowls, and all star Games go and of course the Combine before anointing a QB at number one. Re Claussen, I will admit I only saw a few of his efforts this year and ND lost those games. Does he have a strong arm? The passes I saw had a lot of air under them, the kind that are college completions and pro interceptions. I have been impressed with the resilience that Pike has shown. I like Tebow a lot he will find a place to play.

I could not fault TO for the loss, Although I admit to not watching the 4th quarter. I was very frustrated by the lack of pass protection which led to the QB being off the mark. I believe that TE's career will be cut very short by the concussion syndrome. He seems to be very prone to them and he really was never the same after the one last year. He got hit a lot at Stanford and he is getting beat up here. I suggest to the Bills front office that they better start looking at QB's for next years draft. No Actually they were very good for about 22 of the 50 years. Both Saban years eary 60's and then again the OJ - Ferguson years 72-76, Chuck knox years Early to mid 80's Bill Polian years. I agree with the point that you are trying to make though. Effective leadership at the top has been missing.

I have no doubt the Bills will pick in the top 5 next year perhaps even number one. Get your checkbook ready Litman and Ralph. You could be writing a check for the next Walt Patulski.

I think the DL is doing an OK job. Linebackers are awful. The Safeties other than Wilson are pathetic. The offense is keeping the D on the field way too long. The answer to your question is in this order The offense is pathetic The linebacking is pathetic the secondary tackling is pathetic.

Every time we lose he is saying the other guys have better or more expeirenced personnel. He likes our guys but they are very young and they make a lot of mistakes. It like a plea to Ralph and Brandon "get more talent if you want to win". The message to the fans is , "we are doing our best but our talent level really does not match some of the teams we have played". Oh and we have a lot of injuries too. I would like to see him angry one time but i don't think he has it in him.
