sorry but the post is not about trading down,but trading away the 1st round pick for next years 1st round for a possible pickup of andrew luck in 2012mmuch easier than trading down

1) 2002-2009 1st round picks:williams,mcgahee,evans/losman,none,whitner,lynch,maybin...not 1 pro bowl caliber player in all those years 2) uncertainty of defense personnel we already have...moats,batten,troup,merriman,etc. 3) top 10 talent has questions regarding their fit in our defenses 4) possible best available player will be a wide receiver or a cornerback 5) good chance defensive player chosen will have little impact this year(sorry i believe kelsay will still start) solution: trade our 1st round pick for another 1st in 2012 and another middle pick this year( not sure what the trade chart would show). still have same number of picks to strengthen our many backup players this year and gives us 2 first round picks in 2012 if we choose to enter the "andrew luck" bidding war. if not we take a page out of the "patriots" book and trade one of those 1st rounders for more picks in 2012/2013.might need to really go after 2 quality defensive player in free agency.

trade value!!! other teams in the league may feel anderson would be an upgrade for their defensive line 1) trade bait for 2008 draft picks...has washington traded any 2008 picks yet? greg williams may want anderson for his rotation. 2) 2007 picks...detroit has 4 5th round picks...would they be interested in a 3 yr dt for their rotation 3) chicago bears... dt concerns,8 game suspension,2 players coming off injuries! i would not be at all surprised to see a trade for lance briggs involving swapping first round picks and anderson/hargrove. why? ralph wilson concerned about stopping the run,levy does not like starting rookies,jauron familiar with briggs and played the same defense. 4)stay tuned!

sorry you don't agree. these our my predictions and im sticking with them. already the first part of my predictions is coming true: i predicted that buffalo fans will hate this draft!

i predict: we will swap our first round picks with chicago for lance briggs. trade value 600 equates to 1st round pick without losing a draft pick. they will also receive tim anderson for dt depth. 2 of their dt are coming off injuries and one is suspended for 4 games/jail. they will be able at # 12 to pick safety or linebacker. after the compesatory picks come out some team will use their own 3rd round pick for either/both spikes and hargrove. we will also acquire a 5th round pick from tennesee for kelly holcomb. with extra picks we will bolster our roster especially on defense. draft predictions; 1. ryan kalil center ( remember kent hull's importance to our offensive line!) 2/3 . brandon silar lb, brian leonard rb,rufus alexander lb,best cornerback avail,best dt avail 4 . scott chandler te ( big clumsy te who can be best blocking te in future) 5-7. rb,cb/s,wr buffalo fans will hate these picks as will the experts!
