  1. Only if the person got a 4 second head start. Tigers can literally cut you in half with one paw swipe. The "Rescue" place I went to had one of those PVC "Pools" that they swam in. One of the tigers picked the thing up and flung it with his mouth. It was about 10 feet across, a couple of feet deep, and full of water. In the process it "ripped" the edge with his fang. The edge was as smooth as silk. For comparison they cut it with a circular saw - which left jagged edges. The PVC pool was over an inch and a half thick. The other thing they had was a tractor tire attached to a garage door spring. It simulated prey so they could play. Tigers will pull until whatever they have in their mouths go limp. The largest male (about 700 pounds) pulled the garage door spring completely straight. Think about that.
  2. So I guess that holds true for the Second Amendment after Heller, huh? Somehow I doubt it.
  3. Well, after a minimum of $300K to lawyers and probably $300K in taxes, they'll be lucky to split a third of it. So it's not as great as it sounds. Plus, they'll have the lifelong distinction at every party of being "the dumbasses who threw sh-- at tigers."
  4. You mean because the BILLS have been super successful picking up other team's cuts and plugging them in, right? You'll forgive me for not getting all up in arms about them losing out on a player wasn't in high demand in too many places. There's a pretty good reason for that. Just like there's a reason that he only signed a one year deal. Probably that he knows his play is far below standards and believes he's now healthy and can earn a far better contract with a season like he had 2 years ago. Pisa Tinoisamoa may be a minor upgrade to Ellison but he's nothing to be upset about, especially at a position that is widely known around the NFL as one of the easiest to fill. Why do you think the Colts let virtually every LBer go once their salary gets even a little high? If you're going to be upset about losing a LBer, be upset about the treatment of Crowell because that dude is actually a player.
  5. The Tinoisamoa of a couple of years ago is better than Ellison was last season. The Tinoisamoa of last season was actually worse. He's lost a bunch of weight and he's nowhere near as effective as he once was, which is the biggest reason he got punted outta St Louis.
  6. I'm sad we missed out on another player who isn't very good. Now let's get back to bashing our own players and talking about how untalented they are.
  7. I'm sure once they hear what your "mind" has to say they won't care who you are either. So that's pretty fair.
  8. Why not? I think it's too bad that Darwin didn't completely win in this case. Whip a pine cone at a tiger, get eaten. Seems fair.
  9. So I guess Ted Washington never played "1" next to Pat Williams, right?
  10. Is that based on your vast experience in Constitutional law? Yeah, thought so.
  11. Yeah, because the Frankenstinian Mob Mentality governs best. You remember this thought the next time the mouthbreathers around you vote for something else that's incredibly stupid. Big win for Freedom there.
  12. Considering the "pool" of nominees had been narrowed to 3 for a couple of weeks, it stands to reason...
  13. It's not as simple as "we're going to take money we've allocated on a highway project and divert it to schools or someplace else". Construction projects take a ridiculous amount of planning/infrastructure to get them off the ground. The money they could divert would only be a portion of what has been spent to get the project to the point of putting crews on scene (Enviro/engineering/licensing/permits/supplies/etc). If the state did that, they would basically piss away all of the previous work they'd already done, making the road project significantly more expensive when they finally did do it because of duplication of effort. School funding in the United States has never been a problem. Allocation and priorities certainly, but not the amount of money tossed at the issue. I know that wasn't your argument but I love repeating the point.
  14. And people think I'm arrogant? Your "explanation" isn't at all consistent. It's convenient because it completely ignores reality. It's actually funny to watch someone hide behind God and then say the other side is hoping for magic. At least you're consistently hypocritical - this time within a single sentence. As far as articulation goes, you people get as much effort from me as you deserve. Watching you flounder around hiding behind the same tired arguments that have been used to disguise bigotry throughout recorded history tells anyone with an ounce of sense what you're bringing to the table.
  15. There is no "argument". You're an idiot and you prove it continually. I'm sorry your skin is so thin and reality is so tough to face. Let's see...I spent 12 years in the military and quite a bit of that doing intelligence work. What exactly is your background? Fools are people who willing give up sensitive information because they don't understand consequence. The FIRST thing we gather BEFORE attacking ANY target is the physical layout. We're able to do that because we spent a whole lot of money on the technology to do it. You don't give up ANY operational advantage to ANY resource and the importance goes up exponentially based on the priority of the resource. It's like the most recent wars. We had months before Gulf I to analyze and prioritize every target. The media gave the Air Force a ton of credit for the success of all the "Smart" weapons. But without the teams on the ground that: 1. Did the recon/confirmation of intelligence. 2. Painted a large share of the targets with lasers (etc) to make sure the damn things hit their targets. It would have been a VERY expensive endeavor - probably 10X what it cost. It simply isn't done and it isn't done for reasons that are easily understood. Well, easily understood by anyone with any clue. Go ahead and explain that reference. I'm not all that fluent in dumbass. It has little to do with them not being able to figure out "where we are". Knowing that Scott Air Force Base is in the middle of a cornfield in Illinois isn't the same as being able to discern what every facility on the base is and coordinate a quick and lethal strike on the best value target with a very small team of highly trained people. You know, like 9/11. Welcome to the reason you are a simpleton.
  16. No one else ran it because no one at the head table (where Biden made the comments) will talk publicly about it. The story was broken by Newsweek and the only one in this conversation who is showing any partisanship is you. Of course, you're not smart enough to know you're doing it. Now bet back to believing everything you read at whatever liberal regurgitation boards you frequent.
  17. There is simply no way to tax your way to prosperity. NYS voters are getting exactly what they deserve. Keep re-electing the incumbents, bitches.
  18. If he really has "11 people in his head" then the guy likely has a serious mental illness. I hope he gets the help he needs because generally people with these issues who abuse illegal substances become a very large problem at some point.
