That's not even on the table as far as I'm concerned. The bigger picture is how to move the current "system" (quoted because it's not a system at all but a patchwork intertube of bad business and bad law combining) to a more affordable model in the near future. We cannot continue the status quo nor can we allow the single payer solution to come to fruition. So the real question is how do we address all the very real problems that exist without losing out to the highest paying lobbiest on the Hill (the current way) or giving all the power to the burgeoning bureaucracy (the inevitable end result should the liberals get their way)? If this business is truly your livelihood, I'm baffled by your "I've got a $5 mill capped policy so I don't see the problem" post.

Which all sounds good until you realize that health care costs are rising at 3 times the rate of wages with no end in sight. Medicare/Medicaid cost more than DoD. There is a much bigger picture that most of you seem to be missing in much the same way teenagers think they know everything based on the little world they live in.

They used to do that in Alaska - one way plane tickets and a little cash to Seattle. It stopped when some politicos in Seattle found out about it.

The health care system in the United States isn't capitalistic for anyone but the rich and it works just fine for them because they can afford it.

Actually, it does. Virtually every family in this country is one health crisis away from losing everything they've worked for - whether you have insurance or not. I'm not advocating the ridiculous bureaucratic garbage that's being pushed (it won't fix the issues) but saying the current system doesn't suck is extremely dishonest.

Take it to Autozone and have them get the codes for you.
