  1. If he tries to leave town, people need to lay down on the runway as a human shield to prevent his plane from taking off.
  2. my damn phone battery is dead from texting and checking for updates all day
  3. Fair points that the last 2 drafts were a bit easier to predict. Gailey was talking 'waterbug' before the draft so we had a inclination that spiller could be the pick. Last years was easy to figure because we picked at 3 instead of our usual 10 range. We knew Newton was going #1, so that left the most likely two targets to be Miller or Dareus. This year while we have an obvious need at end rusher, it seems nix has downplayed their value high in the draft. I would say the Mercilus talk is more for the hope that he'd slip to r2 than considering him @ 10.
  4. If the bills showed 'a lot of interest' then we probably wont be drafting him. Not at 10. The bills seem to avoid who they are targeting on draft day, making them one of the hardest teams to decipher. As always, our pick at 10 will probably be someone we weren't expecting.
  5. 2. The Bills will also draft a small school player that jumps high or has a black belt (something strange like that). He will struggle to make the roster. He will make a play in a game during pre season. He will have more fans than the 1st round WR and be a message board sensation. Jumping out of pools and over bars are also acceptable feats.
  6. There have been plenty of quality pass rushers available in round 2 and beyond.. Even all time great sack artists have been selected after the 1st round. I don't believe that position is more of a crapshoot than any other.
  7. I dunno. Trent and Brohm are no longer with us for a reason. Fitz deserves a bit of credit for his ability to grasp what Gailey is doing.
  8. That was a classic PC.
  9. Schroeder!!!!!!!!!! 1st place baby!!
  10. Geoff Hangartner and Lee Evans
  11. I read somewhere that he clocked as low as 4.32 ... insane for a guy that large.
  12. I wish Lee the best, and I've always loved his play-style and character. Its unfortunate that we never got anywhere with him, and you can't fault our management for trying something different.
  13. Kyle Williams has been released in an effort to get further under the cap.
  14. I bet the leak via Madden is a brilliant marketing move by Russ.
  15. Good luck with that. We have a hard enough time finding 1.
  16. I believe the decision is coming from above him. Chan also made sure to point out effort was not the issue.
  17. Don't be such a negative nancy. If you take a deep breath there were positives that can be drawn from the drop, just like any seemingly negative situation. While the drop cost the game, the team learned they can hang with one of the best. As he was saying, Stevie's head was getting a bit big.. If you remember the week leading up to the drop he was on pretty much every sports talk show. I would rather Stevie take his humble lumps on a crapped out season than when it really matters. It also improved our draft stock, but I listed that last for a reason.
  18. You should cite ESPN when you steal their content.
  19. Blame Moorman. He had an off year.
  20. This was my first thought as well. He needs to keep the money stream going.
  21. Meadowlands Stadium 102 Route 120, East Rutherford, NJ
