Trust in Beane. If you believed all the reports out there he’s getting $20M per season on a multi year deal while not being able to play a snap this season (or even pass a physical). No chance that is the case. If we sign him, it makes sense for both OBJ and the Bills.

I just remember lots of discussion on hunting, and I believe Kyle went out to dinner with him. Plus over 200 pages in the thread. Was surreal that he actually signed with us. Times have definitely changed.

If we lose one they need to be replaced. We don’t have a quality backup to step in, and they are both important to this defense. We could go WR, S, OL in the first three rounds and pickup quality eventual starters. Perhaps they pick up another interior OL in FA too.

Off the table? They’d be one game behind (while holding the tie breaker against anyone relevant) with a half season to go! That’s crazy talk. Regardless of what happens Sunday they are Very Much still in it. Now let’s go win this weekend and put the pressure on the rest of the field.

We’re only halfway through the season. The playoff picture will likely change several times before the year is over. Let’s relax and hope the boys get it done on Sunday, but either way there is still a long way to go. Holding the tie breaker against KC, Tennessee, and Baltimore doesn’t hurt either.

Can’t help but wonder if this puts the Ravens in play for OBJ. He’s easily the most impactful WR available now that the deadline has passed.

Did he also ask what would happen to the Jests if they’re secondary had been obliterated by injuries this year? Every team has to deal with challenges throughout the year, it’s dumb to play the what if game.

Nobody comes close to Brady, just based on the number of times he made me miserable and the amount of times we had to listen to announcers talk about the Patriot way. That said, Watson is a piece of garbage. As a father of daughters I can’t fathom how he’s been able to manipulate the system and get off so easily (pardon the pun). Honourable mention goes to the smug Aaron Rodgers. His whole persona just shows an incredibly self absorbed a-hole. Let’s kick his ass tomorrow night!

I can’t really comment on coaches before my time. For me it’s Bill Walsh (innovation) and Parcels (got it done without the best QB’s). Based on accomplishments Belichek has to be in the convo, but I wouldn’t take him over a prime Walsh or Parcels.
