I think this post is brilliant and has Jauron all over it. See point # 8. He was the 2nd worst Head Coach this team ever had. He was so far behind in his on field organization vs Belicheat. Remember the fight he had Vince Wilfork start just before half time on the Pats 3 yard line and we took the bait and ran out of time so we never scored a FG or tried for a touchdown as we didn't call a timeout of throw an incomplete pass to stop the clock. Belicheat laughed as he jogged to the exit (same end of the field) and Jauron quietly stopped and asked the ref politely about the clock running. The fans booed Jauron for being an idiot and Jauron still doesn't get it.

This is an organization issue. The players did not show up for 2 games in a row, but the coaches failed to have a plan to win. We had the edge in most stats even in time of possession. However, our plan only allowed us gains not scores which shows that coaches did not have a plan to win only to play and be productive.\ Hogan beat us, Gronk beat us, and we beat ourselves again. We need players who have the will to be at the top of the game and win. We need coaching staff that is not competitive but knows how to win.

unbelievable that TT is discussed like this. The team did not show up. Gutless, afraid to win, afraid to go head to head. They ran and hid as usual. 2 weeks in a row. This is a coaching issue not a player issue.

didn't say it was not ok to report what others said, but it is also ok to debate the possibilities and the real truth. just because it is reported Rex said something does not mean what Rex said is the truth. Discussing that is what this site has always been. Except of course if it comes from you and and then it is not discussion it is the gospel according to St.John

Always find it interesting that these things are reported by national media and the local scribes (actually scribblers) never get the inside scoop. does not one of the many BNews guys, or Dunn or GR or KB guys ever get a heads up from a player, coach, trainer, secretary, GM, scout, water boy/girl or parking lot attendant....

the purpose of this site is to discuss and share information and share opinion. Reporting "pressers" is not discussion. When did a football coach ever speak direct truth the week of a game. Maj makes a good point...and I would think many would agree. Why not do some real reporting a get the inside information to share rather than post what BS Rex and his boys tell the Buffalo media for spin.

too many mental erros by players and coaches. Roman could not get the plays in to TT fast enough. Leadership by TT is essential and if Roman was not allowing him to lead then a change is necessary.

this is a no brainer decision...late plays, lack of imagination, lack of idenity in the run game, a stable of running backs and nobody notices, and some players not using their heads.....3 games to late...(should have been done last year)

is this Rex in disguise fighting for his job. Pro bowlers are not over hyped. The lack of coordination, is systemic throughout the full team. Whether DW and Rex picked the wrong players is certainly part of the puzzle....but it all leads back to them. So Stop already with it is the players.....if it is, they did not draft themselves. Reggie Bush did not sign himself. The players did not choose Gronk ( the local boy) over Felton. The players did not go and get Tyrod. The players did not trade up for a wide receiver who cannot make a difference. This coaching staff cannot even get the plays into the game quick enough.

no possible way to win more than 4 games this year. Rex is done. There is no leadership stepping forward. This is clearly a coaching issue...and has been for years. I can not see one player who is up coached, not one player who out performs his potential. Now we have excellent players playing poorly. (that is coaching and decision makers not controlling the team) Not one unit that is playing well. When you have one side of the ball playing well and others not then you can see you need some better players or better attitude on that unit. When you see all 3 units bad...that is systemic and starts at the top....likely DW then Rex and below must go. Pegula can say 17 years or 2 years...both are too long to miss the playoffs and worse than that.....be embarrassed for too long.

it is not Rob that calls the plays. On GR 55 Schoop and Bulldog he said he calls all the D plays and that when Duke got beat he called that alignment as he calls all the plays What the he!! is a head coach doing calling all the D plays when he has 2 coordinators. Either he is an idiot or does not tell the truth.
