LeSean McCoy Remembering his Buffalo Days
Niagara Bill replied to Protocal69's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Maybe you are right maybe you are wrong, but east west running backs like Shady and Barry Sanders types always have people who live them, but they seldom win consistently. Just saying, while Shady brought excitement, hope and cheers, in the end when you needed to run the ball north south in Nov Dec, .... He propped us up, but that did nothing to help us sniff a SB. If you enjoy being average with a hope, get Shady, if you want to win...stay away from east west runners. -

I could find similar runs by Davis, Riddick, McGahee, Lynch, Spiller. He had moments no doubt, An NFL rb should do this from time to time. Still say he was OK, but we could have spent the money more wisely. -
The football Gods are creating another perfect wide right for us. Pampered overpaid athletes that we worship way too much, taking painkillers, drugs, pot, occasionally roids, just to stay on the field, play with injuries numbed by some drug they trust from these same drug companies they B word about, suddenly beat their chest about my choice to reasonably try to protect themselves and teammates. They are individuals, can chose for sure. But they are not above the rules made for the benefit of the majority. Drive the speed limit or lose your drivers license. Coles choice. But his mouth tells me this is political not belief. If it is belief, quit now, retire now, stfu and let those remaining win a Superbowl.

Tim. I do not hate myself, but I do see where the overarching clergy supported pedophilia or turned their back with knowledge or failed to challenge the support when it was discovered. Even us as members have not taken the church to task. Heck, if a politician was to react like that it would be on this site in 30 seconds and their support would immediately be ended. I understand the casual and dangerous ways of abortion and I have very personal thoughts and views on this subject and scourge in some areas. I find it alarming we have at least a good degree of agreement here. Wow. Maybe you are not such a bad guy after all. 😀

I am Catholic, and can think for myself and I do not need the preaching of bishops who think pedophilia is ok and cover up is not lying. In 1500's this church tried to take over the world and supported slavery. This church refused to accept divorce and would not allow battered women who divorced an abusive husband to take communion. Your married partner could commit murder and be forgiven but divorce or abortion cannot. Changes in the church move to slowly in this age. I will continue to love the Lord, and enjoy attending church services, but I will not blindly listen to doctrine from these men. A church who does not even see women as equals in 2021. I think it is possible to be devoted and disagree with these mear mortals. It also saddens me to hear of this decision.

Only one reasonable approach to Covid vaccine...."think small pox", "think polio".. After seriously cutting yourself would you consider a tetanus shot bad? Fearing a vaccine like Cole is hysteria, not logic. If Josh is in the same boat, we'll I guess the football Gods have found a way of recreating wide right. If a wonder drug could cure Cole if he caught Covid, would he take it? Does he take other meds and supplements? Likely. Does he think Tylenol is a commie plot? I think this is plain hysteria.

LeSean McCoy Remembering his Buffalo Days

Ok, maybe better than Spiller, but not by much. He was a great self promoter, many fans enjoyed his style, his talent, his fame from Philly, BUT, his backwards style of running away from contact often hurt a struggling team as much as his talent helped. He could no longer carry a team by the time he came to the Bills -

Ok seriously, what did this guy do that Lynch, Riddick, Davis didn't do as well or better. Shady had a rep coming here, he was good but not transcending. Maybe won 3 games we would have lost with another back. Take him out and replace with many if the names I suggested....same or better outcome. He was a cult hero when we needed hope...but seriously, was he that good. -

McCoy is a footnote. Huge paycheck, minor irritations, 1 trick pony running style, ineffective blocker, on the way down. Not even as effective as Riddick, Davis, Lynch, McGahee, Spiller, Gore, Henry in his time here. A total waste of money which should gave been spent on important positions. IMHO.🤔- 112 replies

Carrillo says the world is laughing and it is true? Chris Cuomo says the world laughed at trump and that makes it true. Biden is not my favorite Pres, but stop with the age sheet. You are too bright for such wasted nonsense. It has been historically documented that members of congress laughed at Roosevelt which is why he tried to hide his illness, and many saw Ford trip...many times.

Hey Levon... You made the wrong choice
Niagara Bill replied to kirkwoodus13's topic in The Stadium Wall
Le'Veon, Levon, Leave On, whatever, had a limited run until money became the only issue, he got his as they say, he decided playing hurt too much and took too much time (not his fault it was them coaches who don't know sheet). He may be the big man in his neighborhood, but in the NFL he is done like dinner. -
The American Media Should Not Be Trusted

Time to take a break from the political Crapola. Time for a renewed perspective B. You don't seem to be able to see the trees. -
The American Media Should Not Be Trusted
Niagara Bill replied to SCBills's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
So let's end this whole thread. We know that news outlets cannot be trusted, that politicians cannot be trusted, that major political campaign donors cannot be trusted, that my brother in law cannot be trusted, That about covers this debate. 🙃 -
You don't mean to be a dick, but yet.....

In general citizens see this school issue as ancient history, like apologizing for internment of Japanese and Italian people at the outbreak of WW2. Canadian government has been going through a serious of mea culpas for years, which to many is meaningless when it includes money paid to someone? All of this has made many numb.
-
Why it happened? 1. The schools were a genuine government effort to educate indigenous youth into modern society, teach English not Cree etc. Trying to have indigenous join our country. Turns out many of them do not want that. Another issue! 2. Churches were asked to participate with their experts and paid for it very well. The Anglican and United churches acknowledged failures years ago. The Pope....???. There is an investigation. Some say 4000 children missing. Obviously something is screwy. Was this murder by nun, by priest. Was is death by disease? Seems impossible that many schools were doing the same mass execution at the same time. Terrible part of history.

Sal article: how Milano stayed in Buffalo
Niagara Bill replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ok, non fluff, there is this girl who lives just off Big Tree Road, where you can walk to the Inn on a nice evening, can hear the trains, and ride your bike to the beach. You can store your boat in an old grain silo right beside the small boat harbor, and the perch fishing is superb. You can stroll through Tuft preserve and In the winter you can see the snow storm 30 minutes before it reaches you. Doesn't get any better, so why leave. -
