I’m really coming around on him. Chris Simms has him very highly rated and had some interesting things to say about his actual ability to run a complex route tree vs. what he was asked to do at OSU. I can’t imagine that any D coordinator in the NFL would be thrilled to face him, Foster and Brown on the field at the same time.

I meant Carolina (16) or Atlanta (14). Any trade with Houston would definitely have to be for more than a 2nd. I doubt they trade out of the top 20.

I agree on Carolina and could see Atlanta too. In either scenario I’d be happy with a swap of 1s and their 2nd.

I just can’t see the value with him at 9. Give me the best DL/Edge guy in the first. A fast WR in the second and BPA after that. Scoop up Oliver at TE in the 4th or 5th.

Brown, Foster and Campbell with Beasley in the slot sounds good to me. Beasley would go nuts with all that outside speed, especially now that our pass protection should be vastly improved.

His praise of Paris Campbell is interesting. I haven’t seen him mentioned as a 1st rounder by anyone else. I need to go back and look at him. Any Buckeye fans out there agree with his sentiment?

RB would be almost impossible, but a gunner on ST he’s got a shot. It’ll be fun to watch him in preseason.

Oliver/Risner would be fantastic. Give me Isabella in the 3rd in this scenario.

I think part of it is probably the lack of overall speed in their game compared to the NFL but yes, he looks explosive. I remember Carlin Isles a few years back, he looks like a cartoon in some of these...

I agree on Washington being a possible trade partner. Atlanta and Carolina could be as well. I am good with a trade back as long as it’s still top 20 and we get another 2nd. Now, if Q. Williams or J. Allen fall to 9, you have to keep it. At some point though the actual amount of picks becomes as issue. I’d like to see Beane use the 2 7ths to move up for targeted guys in the 4th/5th. Considering all the FAs we brought in, I don’t see a point in making more than 8 picks.
