    WOW are you the optimist, I don't think the Bills finish better than 6-10 this year.

    I'm sure MANY on this board will DVR the game if JP starts................& will only watch it if the Bills lose, so they can come on the board & say, see I told you JP SUCKED.

    You need to go to DBS talk.com - GREAT Direct TV site. Had you gone there before the season you would have read most people (not all) got out of paying that $100.

    My brain says root for the Bills to lose but when the whistle blows & the game starts with my heart I will root for them to win. The good news the next 2 weeks is we won't feel too bad after they lose.

    EXACTLY, he is still being called a Pro Bowl player based on LAST YEARS play. It will be interesting to see how the offseason plays out. If Peters is looking for a BIG contract next year, he did not do himself any favors with his play THIS YEAR.

    Or it could be the ultimate WIN-WIN situation. IMO the best thing the Bills can do at this point is lose both games. At 6-10 Ralph will have a difficult sell job to the fans in keeping Dick next year, plus the Bills will get a better draft pick as a bonus. Dick gone + better draft pick = WIN-WIN

    Peters has not played well all year. He SUCKED for at least 1/2 the season & then improved his play to average. He will not go to the Pro Bowl this year.

    I agree with you OC is the problem. The thing is though, Dick hired the OC & is therefore responsible for his failure. In my opinion the most important job of a HC is to hire his assistants. That is the reason successful Head Coaches have "Trees" of assistants that branch off eventually.

    I pretty much agree with you, but Trent will still be hit & still get injured.

    I'm waiting & hoping the Bills sign a Vet that can compete with Trent for the #1 job. If Trent beats him out GREAT, but you KNOW #2 will PLAY at some point if Trent is the #1.

    The Bills don't need a vet back up. I think Trent could handle that role.

    Philly does NOT want to PAY McNabb the $10 Mill he has coming next year. They have two choices take what they can get for him (not a #1) or cut him PERIOD.

    I would be happy with Mooch, but tell me how he can coach Trent to stay HEALTHY. Trent is an INJURY PRONE, FRAGILE QB. I don't care if he gets as good as Payton Manning, no coaching will keep him on the field.

    QB's get hit in the NFL. Name me a QB that has not been hit HARD at some point in the season. The FACT is your boy TRENT is FRAGILE as GLASS.

    Yes I DO. Dick & the Bills should not have put their eggs in the fragile basket that is TE.

    If the Bills go 6-10 I don't see how Ralph could keep Dick. If they go 8-8 MAYBE Dick stays. For that reason & the improved draft pick, I'm HOPING the Bills lose the rest of their games.

    The only thing Trent has proven so far is he does not have the ability to stay healthy. The Bills need to at least bring in a Vet that can challenge Trent for the starters job during preseason.

    Hopefully Ralph was smart enough to put a contingency clause in the contract, such as the Bills must make the playoffs.

    I don't get the love for Jauron. HE CALLED HIMSELF OUT DURING PRESEASON, SAYING ANYTHING LESS THAN THE PLAYOFFS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I agree with him, this season is just UNACCEPTABLE. Dick MUST GO.

    In that situation you want the TALLEST receiver on the team, not necessarily the best.

    That was POOR coaching in my opinion. It should have been Hardy not Evans playing in that situation, remember the Jags game?

    I agree about building up the lines, but why not bring in a SOLID Vet to compete with him in preseason next year?
