    He had NO CHOICE but to sign that deal with the Eagles. NO TEAM was going to pay him as the best LT in the game & he wanted out of Buffalo.

    Peters said so at the time. Peters did NOT want market value. He wanted to be paid as the BEST LT in the NFL (which he isn't).............which he also said at the time. Look it up.

    The only reason Peters did not hold out two years is because he was TRADED. He would have held out again this year. He did not want to sign with the Bills unless they were willing to break the bank which they were not willing to do.

    Trent was sacked 18 times? SO WHAT!!!!!!!! There were plenty of chances to make plays & Trent DID NOT/COULD NOT make them. He will go down as one of the worst starting QB's in Bills history.

    Cassel outplayed Romo on Sunday even though the Chiefs lost in OT. A Good organization with a good coach would have NEVER drafted Trent.

    The problem is that Trent DOES throw into double or tripple coverage. They are all located within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage because they KNOW Trent will not throw further than that. A GOOD Coach would not have Trent as his QB.

    Well at least Bill is getting there. He has finally stopped saying Trent could be a great QB.

    On the bright side with Dick & Trent both in place until the end of the year, the Bills will contiue to lose ensuring a great draft position next year.

    As others have said as soon as the Bills get a new QB(NEXT YEAR) Lee will be fine. HE DOES NOT HAVE TO GO OVER THE MIDDLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Brooks has said from the start that he wants to be PAID to play. He will not play for peanuts, especially for a BAD TEAM.

    I think you would be amazed at the change a GOOD Coach & QB could make to this team.

    The fact that Dick is a TERRIBLE Coach does NOT change the FACT that Trent is a TERRIBLE QB. Trent is Coached by a man that HAND PICKED him. Think about that. A GOOD Coach would NEVER have chosen Trent to be his starting QB to begin with because Trent NEVER WAS, is not & NEVER will be a good QB.

    Trent could have the game of his life & the Bills could win BIG. That will not affect my opinion of Trent. He will have to lead the Bills to wins over the Pats* Jets & Fins before I change my opinion of him.
