  1. I agree with you, the league would like this to go away. I think however if they are not OPEN & FORTHRIGHT it will be more damaging to the LEAGUES reputation than anything Walsh has. If he has something & it comes out, it only hurts the Pats* not the entire league.
  2. What would you do about Sheppards contract? He wants Hall type money, & you do know he has been injured more than once right?
  3. In my opinion if you draft a player & he NEVER plays for you that is a BUST of a pick. The Bucs didn't even get a 6th or 7th rounder for him.
  4. What has me PI$$ED is it SCREWED up my taste buds, & destroyed my saliva glands, & thyroid. :wallbash: On the positive side I can drink the CHEAPEST SKUNKIEST beer & it tastes as good to me as the good stuff. My CHEAP A$$ brother inlaw would always bring this cheap crap over, & tell me it tasted as good as the expensive beer I had in the fridge.......... then he would proceed to drink my good beer leaving me his CHEAP CRAP. Now when he comes over I serve him the cheap crap.
  5. Drew is his agent. This is Rosenhouse 101 on getting out of a city. Worked for McGoofy & TO
  6. Most of the EXPERTS agree, there is NO WR with 1st round talent, they also agree probably 2 will be drafted in the 1st.
  7. Turns out it was a GREAT pick then. The Bucs drafted Bo Jackson #1 overall, and got NOTHING, he should be the #1 worst pick.
  8. I DISAGREE with this list. They didn't name EVEN ONE Buccaneer, and believe me there were PLENTY of #1 Bucs to choose from - BO Jackson anyone?
  9. I'd try radiation 1st - although it is GOD AWFUL, TRUST ME on that.
  10. Tampa Bay Superbowl team consisted of....... Keyshawn Johnson:Traded for- two #1's (OUCH) Joe Juravicous: Free Agent Keenan McCardell: Free Agent
  11. Good post, you're not the only one that feels that way. Unfortunately JP will be done as a Bill after 08 if not this weekend.
  12. We don't really know about Trent yet, that is what I have been saying. He may become a very good QB, he may be good but continue to get injured, or he may be a bust, only time will tell.
  13. I hope the Bills keep Losman for 08 unless they are offered at least what they got for McGahee. He has said he will not resign with the Bills however, so unless they think he will change his mind the team will need another QB for 09.
  14. Drafting a QB is a crapshoot. Look at all the former #1 or #2 pick in the entire draft who never pan out, on the other hand, you have Favre, Brady, Marino........Trent was drafted in the 3rd. My point about Trent is we really don't know how good he will be yet, or if he can stay healthy. We do know that by 09 at the latest the Bills will at the very least need a back up, unless they are sold on Hamden. I must admit I know NOTHING about the CHROISE including his contract.
  15. It is obvious JP is not in the Bills future plans after 08. My point about Trent is I would like to see the Bills draft one of the many QB prospects. At least 6 QB's in this draft are said to have NFL starter potential, with only one expected to be drafted in the 1st. If Trent plays well and stays healthy in 08 great, the QB draftee could be a good back up in 09. If Trent gets hurt or plays like he did the last three games of 07, the Bills will at least have an option for 09.
  16. Very true, his college O-Line was very Pre 07 Bills like. On the other hand Favre has played behind some $hitty O-Lines himself.
  17. I agree & the same goes for Sheppard. He is OFTEN INJURED, & wants a BIG PAY DAY.
  18. I forgot about Payton. I think he may be the best QB of all time.
  19. I believe he was injured every year he was in college. That was a knock on him when he got drafted.
  20. Let's also add Kelly's Brain. I believe he was the last QB in the NFL to call his own plays.
  21. Another similarity between Rob & Trent is both are often INJURED.
  22. Trent may be way down that list by week 6. He REALLY has not shown all that much yet. You don't even know if he can stay healthy yet. A QB is not a VIABLE starter if he can't stay on the field, no matter how much ability he may have.
  23. I HOPE YOU"RE NOT COMPARING TRENT TO DOUG
  24. There was an improvement from the beginning of the year to the end. Trent played in more games at the end. The bottom line is Football is a TEAM SPORT more so than most others. A win or loss is on the ENTIRE TEAM not one player. You can say this player had a good game, that player had a bad game, but you can't put a loss on one player. ALL YOU HATERS WILL BLAME THE ENTIRE TEAM NEXT YEAR WHEN TRENT LOSES.
