"27 reasons the Bills will keep Tyrod Taylor". What a joke.
It is obvious to everyone but sportswriters from Batavia and Syracuse (and a few folks on this board)that the Bills are moving on from Tyrod.
They are calling every team in the top[ ten to see if they can trade up. They benched him during the season.
Let's move on people! I would rather debate the merits of Mike White, Riley Ferguson or Karl Lauletta.
Josh Allen had an awful season. Does that mean he is awful? Maybe, maybe not. But it doesn't make him no.1.
Can't believe my boy Riley Ferguson isn't on the list.
Never heard of no.10.
Thanks to his commercial work, I have been over-Manninged and would be happy to never see or hear from him again.
Also hard to forget thay U of Tennessee story.
This guy had a terrific season and would be a significant upgrade on Tyrod. I'm not saying break the bank, but he is the type of veteran we should be looking for.
I do not like Josh Rosen. Rich family who grew up as a west coast "golden boy". He will not have enough discipline or work hard enough to become a star.
IMHO. I would actually prefer one of the 'second tier' quarterbacks: Mike White, Lauletta, Riley Ferguson.
Most of the national 'experts' don't seem to be aware that we have a decent player ready to replace Wood at center.
Thus, center is not quite the priority they make it out to be. Definitely not the first round.
Star had 26 tackles and one and a half sacks this year. Are we really going to give him a big contract just because he's from Carolina?
I would like a bit more production.
There are two QB's I like very much in this draft who also had a great wide receiver to throw to.
Riley Ferguson had Anthony Miller, a very polished wide receiver.
Mason Rudolph had James Washington who is a very special talent.
With all these early picks, wouldn't it be fun to give a rookie QB a great receiver he already knows.
Passing game improved 50%.
Boy Genius's play calling in the 4th quarter stunk. Way too conservative. The situation screamed for a first down pass. They forgot how they got the lead. Playing in N.E. is unique. You CANNOT win there by playing conservative. Even when you are winning, you have to play like you are losing.
Not ready to throw 5 high picks for a shot at Rosen or even Mayfield.
I would be OK staying put and drafting Ferguson or White in the first round.
But QB MUST be addressed in the first 2 rounds.
He is my pick too.
I have been scouting college quarterbacks since day 1.
After Mayfield, this guy is as impressive as anyone. Very accurate, good size and toughness, accuracy. IMHO, the 2nd best QB in the draft.
