Those "too few QB skillz" you speak of were good enough to get us 6 wins last year and probably should have been 8-8. Im not sold on the jets or the dolphins yet, the steelers could have a slip up this year.........point is LOTS of things could happen and this schedule could turn out to be pretty easy you never know. Its happened before, remember our really hard schedule in 08'? Thats right.... turned out that the 5 teams we beat in the beginning of the year ended up bottom of the barrel that year dont be surprised if this team doesnt end up last in the division.

Well I agree with you guys. While I really like his enthusiasm and all the tools he has, he really does need to stay in school for 1 more year. Would still love to see him end up with us though.

The ass that is turning right onto the road I am currently doing 55-60 mph on, and I am the ONLY VEHICLE IN SIGHT, cant wait 2 seconds for me to go by. Really? I havent seen TO take too many plays off. Maybe here or there when he gets frustrated, Moss on the other hand decided it was ok to take TWO years off when playing for oakland. I dont wanna here that he didnt have Tom brady in Oakland. I watched all the games. Moss flat out showed up for a paycheck. He is the real scum reciever of this league if you ask me, I put what moss did to Oakland in the same boat with what Manny Rameriez did to Boston. TO just wants to win. Ive been back and forth on this since his release. I have come to the conclusion, WHAT EXACTLY DO WE HAVE TO LOSE? Also as much as I dont like Dick Jurons coaching style, Players seem to love him. Maybe, Just maybe TO would like it here as long as he was a big part of the offense. On top of that, he may be our only hope to compete in the division. I would feel alot better about going into new england with TO on the other side of evans. It would certainly stop teams from blitzing the crap out of us constantly. For everything that comes with him, I say screw it and sign him. whats the worst that can happen? 7-9 again? or 4-12 with first pick next year? For me ITS PLAYOFFS OR BUST. In this senario we either make the playoffs or crash and burn. Id rather crash and burn then see another 7-9.

I wouldnt call him injury prone. I believe he has missed only a few games his whole career. Im not sold on the height argument either. Steve Smith is 5' 9" and he doesnt have any problems. As far as the red zone is concerned,if you dont think with Evans and Coles outside and Reed in the slot with Lynch/Jackson in the backfield doesnt improve our red zone options then you are mistaken. He is probably the best fit for this team considering the options.

Dawkins should have been flagged I agree with you there, but as far as this brand of football is concerned , I dont think it is a big deal. This is a collision sport which is why they wear the safety equipment they do. For the most part it works. They need to make improvements with the helmet(concussions), and perhaps a way to keep necks from snapping back violently.....this may be difficult considering players need a certain range of motion to view things happening around them. Rules dont need to be changed, Equipment does. IMO
