  1. WELL AT LEAST YOUBOTYS BACK WHITNER AND SCOTT CAN GO BACK TO THERE SAFETY POSTIONS AND ARE BACKFIELD WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL. Injury update By Chris Brown - Posted October 30th, 2008 Brad Butler, Josh Reed and Aaron Schobel did not practice Thursday for the second straight day putting their chances of playing in doubt. Everyone else on the injury report practiced fully. Trent Edwards was added to the injury report as a matter of policy. Since his limp was brought up and addressed by head coach Dick Jauron on Wednesday he had to be added to the report Thursday, but he participated fully for the second straight day despite a minor ankle sprain. Marshawn Lynch was back from his excused absence for family reasons. John Wendling, Jason Whittle and Ashton Youboty all practiced fully. I think your going to be little upset when we just use Evans, hardy And Roscoe and go to our tight ends more this week it happened last year to, I expect the bills to RUN RUN RUN this week, and i would prolly expect Reed back next week. I do expect jenkins back and active for ST. and Steve Johnson still on bench.

  6. The list is long for the Jets as far as injuries are concerned. Not practicing for the Jets Wednesday were RT Damien Woody (personal), TE Bubba Franks (hip) and ILB David Harris (groin). Starting S Eric Smith also did not practice (head). TE Chris Baker (hip), WR Laveranues Coles (thigh), WR Jerricho Cotchery (shoulder) and LB Cody Spencer (shoulder) were all limited in practice Wednesday. Kicker Mike Nugent (thigh) is still out so Jay Feely will continue to kick for the Jets.

  8. SOUNDS LIKE BETTER NEWS THAN WE ALL THOUGHT THO Reed in walking boot By Chris Brown - Posted October 29th, 2008 The odds are that Josh Reed won’t be running routes and blocking linebackers and safeties this Sunday. He had his right foot in an immobilizer boot as he watched practice today. Head coach Dick Jauron said the following on Reed’s status. (WHO UASAULLY IS VERY PESSIMISTIC TOWARDS INJURIES)-i added that “He’s a guy that will look at more closely as we move through the week and get closer to game time.” Tags: Josh Reed
  9. IF Donahoe had god like ability why is he unemployed?
  10. You should have asked him why Donahoe doesent have a job right now.
  11. Schobel trying to practice By Chris Brown - Posted October 29th, 2008 Aaron Schobel for the first time in two weeks is practicing. He appears pretty limited as he’s not doing individual drills, but rather agility drills on the side with the training staff. Jason Whittle is also practicing as is Terrence McGee. Ashton Youboty is also practicing, but appears a bit limited as well. Tags: Aaron Schobel, Ashton Youboty, Jason Whittle, Terrence McGee

  13. The figures against the pass By Chris Brown - Posted October 28th, 2008 Injuries have really, really hurt Buffalo’s secondary. It’s forced them to shuffle the lineup at corner, safety and in the subpackages and it’s likely forced defensive coordinator Perry Fewell to take a different approach to his play calling at times. Aaron Schobel’s absence from the pass rush has also hurt. Here are the figures following week 4 compared with the figures since then (last 3 games) that I wrote about on the home page. Bills defense vs. the pass 1st 4 games – ranking 6th – avg. yards allowed 168.5 Last 3 games – ranking 13th – avg. yards allowed 257.3 Completion pct. Allowed 1st 4 games – 49.6% Last 3 games – 76.2% Touchdowns vs. interceptions 1st 4 games – 2 TDs vs. 3 INTs Last 3 games – 5 TDs vs. 1 INT Opponent passer rating 1st 4 games – 64.3 Last 3 games – 109.8 Yards per attempt 1st 4 games – 6.17 Last 3 games – 7.64 Touchdown percentage 1st 4 games – 1.7% Last 3 games – 4.95% Sacks 1st 4 games – 10 Last 3 games – 3 Tags: Aaron Schobel, Bills secondary, Perry Fewell

  15. Denver signs Matt Murphy By Chris Brown - Posted October 27th, 2008 The Bills may get to meet up with one of their former teammates later this season when they play the Broncos in Denver on Dec. 21. The Broncos signed former Bills TE/OT Matt Murphy. Murphy suffered a partially torn rotator cuff in training camp, but elected to let the injury heal on its own. He was on Buffalo’s 53-man roster until Sept. 13 when he was released right before the Jacksonville game to make room for Jason Peters on the roster, who had ended his holdout a week earlier.
