Ok, I understand the Bills have more seats in their stadium, approx. 4x as much, but the ticket sales are misleading. So 8 bills games times 4 is equivalent to 32 sabres games. the sabres still have 10 games more than that at home, which is 18,690 times 10, which is around 186,000 tickets more of an advantage just because of more games. After subtracting, it appears the sabres have sold approximately 40,000 more seats than the bills this year if you wanted to equal the number of games. If the bills would have sold out 2 more games this year they would have been even on attendance.
I must say, I gotta love the support for the sabres, but all the credit goes out to all the bandwagon sabres fans this year. They won't make a profit this year still, but I give alot of credit to the fans (bandwagon or diehard) for showing their support. If the sabres have a bad season in the future, just watch the drastic decrease in season tickets, that doesn't happen with the bills. We have increased season ticket holders and we haven't made the playoffs since 1999. but of course I understand that the games do not sell out when the bills suck because the remaining seats are not bought.
