  1. you mean something that belongs somewhere Off the (Stadium) Wall?
  2. this references Clemens, he was given an original round tender, which he was a 2nd round pick. because Washington & Smith were already given 2nd round tenders, if someone signed Clemens the Jets would receive a 3rd. Washington & Smith are worth 2nds.
  3. http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/...ight-of-11-rfas 2nd round tender. people talking about whether we should give up a 4th or not for a couple hours based on what someone thought they read. we are on the internet folks. the information is right here if you take 20 seconds to look for it.
  4. better yet, 2 wins + 12 losses = 16 games
  5. He is an ace special teams guy who can also contribute on offense, unlike our special teamers of the past like Justin Jenkins & John Wendling. The Bills need better depth, only achieved when your special team guys see the field on plays only involving the kicking of a ball.
  6. Not to mention that there will likely be some form of a rookie salary cap or restrictions in the next Cba, making pcks in future years all the more valuable to teams like the Bills
  7. well, clearly, the only explanation for this is that joeB is racist.
  8. i'm failing to see the connection from what he posted to Buddy's knowledge of talent. i do believe he knows talent. but i don't believe that a rumor saying the Bills like a particular QB equates to Buddy knowing talent.
  9. one way to begin to fix the Bills OLine troubles would be to make a deal with the Saints for one of their overabundance of OTs. the Saints have Jamaal Brown (former Pro-Bowler), Jermon Bushrod (current Pro-Bowler) and Zach Streif -- all LT's -- along with Jonathon Stinchcomb at RT. why not offer the Saints a 3rd rounder for either Brown or Bushrod? or a 4th for Streif? the Saints would probably want a 2nd or more for either of the 1st pair. are there any 2nd rounders this year any better than Brown or Bushrod? maybe a 3rd & 4th could get it done. or a 4th and 6th for Streif? even if the Bills had to give up this year's 2nd for Brown or Bushrod, they'd still have their 1st round pick to take Clausen, Bradford, Dan Williams at NT, McClain at ILB or even another OT like Bulaga for the rightside -- or they could try to trade down to recoup a pick.
  10. ask Matt Millen if it was crazy to draft Charles Rogers, Mike Williams & Calvin Johnson 3 years running when the rest of the team had no talent to start with. drafting the first one was the mistake, after that he had to have been trying to get himself fired....
  11. fine. you call it what you want. i'll call it what i want. either way, he is a much better football player than his titties suggest.
  12. if you guys can get your focus away from the (man)boobs for a second, he doesn't look all that grotesquely fat. i'm gonna call it a body deformation and wouldn't let his chest be the lone factor in ignoring him come draft day. i've got no problem with him as a 2nd rounder to anchor that DL.
  13. and for what it's worth, if a team selects a QB in the 3rd round, they aren't expecting him to start his rookie season or probably even his 2nd season. if a team takes Tebow, it's because they believe his work ethic will improve his mechanics over a period of a couple years. maybe they work him into the offense in a wildcat role until then. it's clear his intangibles are off the charts. if the Bills can fill their holes at OT and NT, i'd have no problem throwing a 3rd at Tebow.
  14. pretty sure the Bills scouting department is a bit more rigorous in their research than that.
  15. nope. that's weak. anything less than 3 workouts a day is not gonna make him any good. now, if he can manage to watch movies while working out, that is allowed.
  16. wow. relax dude. while you and i and everyone else in this country was enjoying the game and the party that comes with it, you expect him to be serious at work? maybe let him wait until tomorrow to start training, is that really too much to ask?
  17. actually, in less than two weeks, you can send him a card on Feb. 20th for his 29th birthday. not exactly just turning 28 GENIUS.
  18. all 3 of those WR's were great in their own right. i think it would be fitting to elect all 3 to go in together next year.
  19. damn, you got me. i usually stick to the belief that if somebody says their rant is worth reading, it's so totally not. but somehow you reeled me in. and i am now embarrassed to admit my mistake of being fooled.
  20. i guess you just had something else to do during both Jets games.
  21. Brian Price is by far the most talented of the bunch and also fills a need at DT -- with McClain already on board the run D is no longer a trouble spot and they can turn their focus to the other side of the ball from here on out.
  22. his first name is Todd
  23. just because Snyder hired a new GM means he is butting out? he made no statements as such in the article and it is nowhere in Snyder's nature to get out of the way. plan on more of the same in Washington, just some better decisions made by Allen when Snyder doesn't have an opinion. when Snyder wants something, right or wrong, he is not about to let some lowly GM stand in his way.
  24. Housh -- Burleson has a high ankle sprain and is unlikely to go against the Bucs.
  25. the playoffs are not the time for getting cute. start LT and Mendenhall.
