I’m at a party and there’s two TVs, one in the main living room, and one in a back room. I’m in the back room because it’s too loud in the living room. But the back room tv is a minute ahead of the living room. So I’ll see the sack/interception/touchdown, then a full minute later I’ll hear the people in the other room cheering.

The Bills were going to do a lottery type draw for season ticket holders after the Conference Championship if they made it, so some fans would be able to get tickets at face value. Not sure where those tickets would be.

When I was looking before the Conference Championships, you could get direct from the NFL through On Location, the upper deck end zones for about $7,500. That did include extras like private party before the game and food/drink options. They do still show some ticket packages for $5,000 available.
