I was just checking.  It is off Route 20A, south of the field house and next to Lot 1 on the east side.  County records show Brian Barco as owner, so the transfer hasn’t been updated in the web database. I saw a Reddit thread saying 2.5 million for the sale. Based on the county owning all the stadium property, I expect it was the county that bought the mud lot also.  Erie County property records don’t have any land owned by the Bills.

    Zillow shows the following sales/pricing

    August 2004 - Sold - $87,550

    April 2016 - Sold - $275,000

    March 2023 - Listed for $3,900,000

    April 2023 - Price drop/listed for $2,900,000

    August 2023 - Sold - $2,000,000

Sorry if this has already been addressed, but I’m not reading through 93 pages hoping to see the answer….

If a the PSL is purchased and financed over a 10 year period, and the buyer defaults, dies, changes their mind, etc.

If the PSL is paid in full, but the owner elects not to renew season tickets, what then? Does the PSL owner still retain ‘ownership’ of those seats but the Bills can sell tickets for them?

The PSL owner loses their PSL and seats.  You need to keep buying seasons to keep your PSL.

Can owners of PSLs sell them privately or do they have to go back to the Bills?

They can sell the PSL to someone else themselves.  Might not get what they paid for it though.

My mom was the psga secretary for 20 years and if you tell people where and when they we come. If you leave it up to the masses it may not ever get done.

We already have a place, Hammers Lot, by the stadium for the tailgate.  No need to decide where or when to meet.  It'll be the Home Opener, whenever that will be.

  4. I'm just gonna keep posting this anytime someone brings up that game....

Several factors contributed to the loss

    1) 13 seconds

    2) they had all three time outs left

    3) they had Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill

    4) some Bills players and coaches were already celebrating on the sidelines like the game was over

    5) they only needed a FG to tie and go to OT.

  5. Syracuse University season tickets do not have a PSL, they have a "donation" to their 'Cuse Athletics Fund.  You want seasons, you have to make a donation.

Why is there an annual required seat-related ‘Cuse Athletics Fund membership on Football Season Tickets?
Seat-related ‘Cuse Athletics Fund memberships are essential to supporting the student-athlete experience at Syracuse University. This portion of your season ticket is used provide the resources needed for our teams to recruit, train and compete both in competition and in the classroom and is used to directly support all 20 programs and 600+ student-athletes. This portion also qualifies you as a ‘Cuse Athletics Fund member and applies toward your ‘CAF Annual Giving Level, which identifies your eligibility for different annual benefits and is used in donor rank to allocate tickets, parking and hospitality.

The amount you donate instead of seniority comes into play with their benefits.  Someone that does the minimum donation for years/decades, can lose out to someone that just got seasons and made a big donation.

The Bills knew very on in the process that even in the worse years you'd still fill out a 63k capacity stadium for almost all the games.  It's one of the main reasons it's not 72k like we have now.  That and more room for luxury boxes.  The outdoor stadium decision still baffles me though.  This has pry been covered before but how hard would it be to eventually put a roof on it?

I know it was brought up long ago, and I think @SoCal Deek will correct me if I'm wrong, but my opinion was that if they were smart they would add structure now just in case they decide to add a roof later.  SoCal, I think, had a reason why they would not do that now, but I can't remember what it was.

I have my doubts. Going by the comments on the article about the price of the PSLs I saw on Facebook, many are upset and a lot say they are priced out of season tickets now.

I feel a lot of those people complaining are seeing the prices for club seats and thinking that will be the entire stadium prices.

Do you know if he has to wear a bracelet or monitor?  If not, allowing this guy to have unmonitored until his trial date is unacceptable.

These guys who have this child predator/sex mindset do not have the ability to control their urges.

There was a guy here several years ago, was able to get his monitor off, because LEOs were lazy and would just call him when they got an alert that his monitor was being tampered with and tell him to stop it.  He went to a local mall, tried to get a young girl and killed the woman that was with her.

So the 60 or so suites that have been removed, those people would be prime targets for these upgraded club seats in the new stadium. How many people were in that suite when you went? Imagine that many people times 60.

Back when I was involved in selling tickets, the smallest suites had 12 seats.  So multiple that by 60 and that's your minimum number.  And last time I asked, years ago, you could get a small suite for one game, for $12K.

The other thing to think about is, and I don’t know because I’ve never been in them. But the 2 tunnel end, corner clubs indoors. The M&T club and I can’t remember the other one. Those clubs are more expensive than any of the sideline clubs I think being indoors. I thought I also heard that food was included with those seats. Doesn’t look like a seat tile that in the new stadium is going to be available, completely indoors. Not sure how many seats are in those clubs but that’s another target audience for a fully covered and fully heated seat that is more expensive than the current clubs between the 40 and end zones.

At least one of those indoor clubs did include food/drinks with your tickets.  Last time I checked, again, years ago, one seat for one game was $350 for that experience.
