  1. I'll wager that the answers would really punctuate the situation.
  2. That must have been one hell of a period in your life.
  3. Hannibal Burris??? You're listening to the wrong bits. I find him hilarious. I'll second the votes for Carlos Mencia. I just dont "get" him. And I'll add George Lopez. He is by far the least funny "comedian" I've ever heard. And did someone REALLY say Jerry Seinfeld????
  4. Read the comments. This is all the fault of the Republicans.
  5. Me too. at the time, i always rooted for an Original AFC team to win the SB.
  6. Yancy's Fancy Buffalo Wing Cheese on Roasted Garlic Triscuits. Yum.
  7. How Robert Heinlien of you. In the novel Starship Troopers, he suggested that citizenship and franchise could only come from Armed Forces Service.
  8. Whoa, whoa whoa. Are you telling me that the Washington Post is attributing some nefarious plot to something that trump wants to do? Wow, didn't see that coming. The one thing that no one is saying, is that it really doesn't matter that it's Trump in the WH. Any one with an R after their name is going to get the exact same treatment from the MS media. Trump just happens to be slightly less polished than most politicians, a bit more thin-skinned, fights back (which most spineless R's are reluctant to do), and gives a few fewer f*'s about what the WaPo, NYT, CNN, and the rest of the lying media think and say than most office holders. I'm not a big fan of Trump, but at least he's not letting the media steam-roller him.
  9. Been there a number of times for work trips, and I hate every aspect of Boston. Small, tight spaces, Saturday traffic jams, roads not laid out in grid, impossible to get to airport. Its an awful place to visit, and I would hate to live there. Toss in that horribly annoying accent and you have hell in america.
  10. Ha . . . I used to be Fatty McButterpants, a reference to Kevin James' character on the King of Queens. Then I moved to Philadelphia about 3 1/2 years ago and swapped the Philly in . . .
  11. Fixed it for ya. Plus the receivers need to be uber-athletic as well (See Gronk, et al). Not sure how much "brains" you need to do this. the Qb needs to be able to fling the ball into the required space in about 2 seconds. I think any idiot QB can recognize the pre-snap defensive scheme and throw into that space. the "brains" comes in when he has to play mental chess and see 5-6 seconds post snap. Given the simplicity of this scheme, it's a wonder that: a - more teams don't try to replicate it, and b - D's don't crowd and bump receivers at the LOS to stop it. I'm not saying it would be easy. you would need super athletic DB's to pull this off. See Jets playoff victories vs. Brady/Pat*s. We've all seen TB lose his S*** when he has pressure up the middle. That only comes from pressure that simply cannot be there in 2.2 seconds.
  12. And why would Kyle Williams come back if this were the plan?? I call BS...
  13. Unless you can't after 17 years of trying. Then it's a stressful chore.
  14. Wow, way to suck the joy outta that announcement . . .
  15. That was the word i came up with. We've seen too many HC's with sh*t fr brains running our team.
  16. Didn't see Better Off Dead listed. Always liked the movie Taps as well. And holy crap!! The Dean!!
  17. Hate to spoil the party, but Dec 1 or 2 was well after the election, and despite the ominous tone taken by the highly partisan WaPo, that was post election, and certainly within the right of a transition team. I thought we were trying to figure out how the Russians hacked the election and how the Trump team colluded with them to do it? Nice try tho.
  18. Grillin' and chillin' Bought a new mattress that will be delivered tomorrow. Bought a Fitbit to try to reverse the weight gain that i've experienced over the last 6 months.
  19. OMG. The WaPo "Fact Checker." You can't make this stuff up... or wait, can you? Hmm. I should check this out before posting .....
  20. I've always preferred DD's coffee to Timmy ho's. Can't find any Horton's here in the Philly area, so the nod goes to Dunkin' Heck i even buy DD coffee to brew at home . . . I'm drinking Dark Roast at this very moment.
  21. He committed perjury. He didn't lie about it; he lied under oath. That's a felony. Facts are annoying to libs, but try not to reinvent history. It's nice that you want to excuse the most powerful man in the country having a form of sexual relations with an intern in the oval office. Who really had the power in that situation? I think that's called sexual assault, but i'm neither a cop not a lawyer, so i'll just let you ponder that one for a while. Hope you had you r p*ssy hat on in January, cuz you're obviously a champion of women's rights. Other than Podesta falling for the phishing bait, please name one iota of evidence, from any source, that shows Russian interference in the '16 election. I'll wait....
  22. Why all the hand wringing by the BN writers over losing these three. Did i miss the Bills winning 2 of the last 3 superbowl's with this awesome array of talent? Gilmore was/is over-rated, Hogan was a good kid, but hardly a game-breaker, and Gillislee is a dime-a-dozen backup hardly worth $4mm next season. Not sure why everyone is up in arms over this . . . When any of those 3 are league or SB MVP, then i'll lose some sleep over it.
  23. Coulda, shoulda, woulda. I'm in Singapore this week for work . . .
