  1. Bills finish 10 - 6, Dallas gets 24th pick, tops
  2. We win in spite of Drew. Bills' early Dec '04 team approximate ratings: WRs = excellent OL = adequate RBs = well above average QBs = below average TE = average DL = above average LBs = excellent DBs = good ST = excellent You tell me the position(s) that's holding the Bills back?
  3. If we beat them 102 - 0, I'd be sad that we couldn't have scored another TD and gone for 2!
  4. WGR after the Rams game spent a half an hour taking seriously Martz charges of Bills dirty play. It was about the only thing they focused on post game. Once they get on any sort of anti-Bills bs kick they are incapable of focusing on anything else. I listened for all I could take and then changed stations.
  5. Hey, there still ARE some lunatic Dolphins fans at large.
  6. How about comeback player of the year. Seems like a shoo-in. BTW, MNF paraphrase: Brett Favre blah, blah, blah ad infinitum.
  7. Agree that JP could benefit from a whole year of understudy. Needs to memorize the playbook in the off-season. Disagree on Evans. He's already there. Compares favorably against Mould's and Price's rookie seasons.
  8. Holmgren is about out of hokum.
  9. An opposing GM (and I ) could make the case that TH is a broken down RB not likely to have anything left in the tank. How do the Bills prove otherwise?
  10. He got harpooned about 4 weeks ago.
  11. Likely first play: long pass attempt to Evans or Moulds. Typically, Drew will miss either by a country mile; game over when Bills can't run against a stacked line. Stacking against the run has been a nearly 100% winning defensive strategy against the road-pipsqueak Bills offense for the past 34 games or so due a dunderheaded qb in charge and a management that cannot admit to the obvious limitation of said qb. If the Bills win against Seattle, it will have had little to do with the qb, at least the starter.
  12. More than likely, Bledsoe will find a way to lose this game. He will prove, beyond all doubt, that not only is he suffering from diminishing football skills but also that he is an unfixable headcase on the road.
  13. I think that if the MM 'throw him to the wolves' theory is true or if he did for any other reason or for no reason at all, MM has a thin grasp on what is required to hold his job. JP rebreaks his leg in that 5 minutes, MM's HC career is over.
  14. That STUDID, STUPID, ARROGANT decision probably put the Bills back another 3 years. The Bills fans I associate with thought the Bledsoe extention was as brainless as his RJ choice.
  15. Absolutely right! Since '65, Ralph qualifies for the 'satisfied with 2nd HOF'. Always the cheapskate with coaches, second-best should be Ralph's middle name. Can't stop himself from meddling with the team. Loved Flutie, then RJ, now Drew all at the wrong time. Too subborn to admit his mistakes, he compounds them by hiring a GM even more intractable than himself.
  16. Only other guy was the OBD night shift maintenance foreman. It was a close call.
  17. I don't disagree with a 'letter' , ',' or '.' in that article. It's called the truth.
  18. Issue fishnets to the wideouts?
  19. And somewhere Spiked is laughing.
  20. Actually, I thought the coaches were auditioning for Comedy Central by coming up with the worst gameplan in the history of the NFL. I thought they were playing the Gillette for laughs.
  21. The three hours I spent watching the Bills last night are definitely in the running for the three most wasted hours of my life.
  22. The Pats freaking advertised all week that that was going to be their defensive plan. They knew Bledsoe couldn't beat them and now 98% of all Bills fans know it also.
  23. Deep into team psychology, I believe the defense knew the cause was hopeless from the start and contributed to their bad play.
  24. Drew's already effectively pulled the plug on this team. No amount of dancing by TD and MM will change that.
