  1. I wish that we could play Dallas this year.
  2. You should check what the cold pizza guys jiust said...'most monumental blunder in Parcells' career,.
  3. As far as I'm concerned, he's a two-time loser who is about to play his final role as coach-killer.-
  4. Ok, I won't say it will never happen. Let's just say the Cowboys will present me with many betting oppportunites early next season before the wise guys wake up.
  5. And then Drew says, after the season's over, 'This is my team' MM and TD immediately come up with an offer they know he will refuse.
  6. it occurs to me that the reason 'the rest of the team' did so bad in the NE ,Balt., and Pitt games in particular is because of the atrocious worm-burner passes DB threw in the first few series of those games. The rest of the team knew that they staring sure defeat in the face when Drew starts badly. It was like they all poped depression pills right after kickoff. That's my theory, anyway.
  7. I hope the Bills' '04 highlight video conveniently expurgates all references to #11. All I want to see on it is McGahee rushes, balls coming down in WR's hands, D and ST's stuff. Oh, they can include the 2003 throw-away pass on 4th down. It's appropriate.
  8. I wondered how the hell Pitt wound up with the wind that day. I would have been more than pissed. I would have yanked Bledsoe out of the game for a series. A guy who wouldn't put in any extra filmroom time, never corrected his short passes deficiencies, and made up his own plays...what a prize DB was. Oh, Peter, Losman was a first round pick.
  9. And divide all saLaries by half. Someone figured that the 42.5 cap would have given the players a higher average salary than they have now. 35 million would be about right.
  10. Consider that he's already worked out about 3 weeks in the supervised conditioning program. I'm figuring he's going to be in Buffalo most of the off season. There seeming will be few distractions. Sam Wyche will give him maximum attention. He won't have to waste any time on the old dog. He had nearly no time with the first string in '04. All that changes in '05. Leading me to declare that JP Losman will be the most prepared 2nd year QB in NFL history. Not the the most experienced...the most prepared.
  11. Me too. If Drew was still #1, I had no intention of attending training camp. With JP in control, I'm re-energized.
  12. However, the NE home game in 2002 ranks as my all-time worst experience at the Ralph. Drew contributed much to make that a very bad day.
  13. I'll bet that the last time he said that Drew sealed his fate.
  14. Be nice; he may soon be ours.
  15. As a BACKUP, I could live with him.
  16. Drew's most eroded skill in the last two years was his accuracy. In his first training camp and half season, he could thread the needle 30 or 40 yards downfield. The last two years, he could not do it. That, more than anything else, has led to his demise as the Bills starter, IMO.
  17. Good. I hope they're right. No sense letting this percolate for another week. Too bad DB's self-evaluation is so flawed, apparently.
  18. The first 4 games measured DB's team carrying ability. There was none.
  19. It's obvious to most of us that Drew's grace period expired. I guess there's a good sized minority who believe Ralph is a complete idiot. The scenario where Ralph says DB's getting no more starting money from me is too hard to believe? The Bills brass WANTS DB gone. They knew he would cut himself after being offered the second banana job.
  20. Brees was about one bad game from being cut by SD this season, his third.
  21. I'm sure the Bills brass has concluded that Drew's topped out. The schedule is tougher in '05 so Drew's going to give us another 8 -8 or 9 -7. Therefore, since we have effectively no chance for the playoffs, put the ball in JP's hands because: There is nothing or almost nothing we want the kid to learn from DB (especially preparation for the season and individual games). And, JP at least has an upside future. Time to find out the worth of the investment
  22. Plus a new play where the QB eludes the initial rush and throws to a wide open Moulds or Evans downfield.
  23. Competition's already happened. Drew lost his last supporters (Ralph and TD) with his lossses to NE and Pitt this year.
  24. Not pencilling, inking.
  25. Comes in to the strains of a brass band; leaves to a chorus of Kazoos. Just another player who's more than wore out his welcome; another pro athlete who must be told his glory days are over and doesn't get the message.
