Is it too much to ask of the media to ask that question of the Bills and Jauran until they give a yes or no answer? Does Dick Jauran have a contract to coach the Bills for the '09 season? A rather simple question seems to me.
Guess you guys haven't heard of non-linear recovery from a concussion. It means you can act recovered far sooner than the brain actually has recovered and you can suffer the effects months after you are supposedly 'recovered'.
For the first time in my 40 year fan history, I hate the Bills' HC more than I hate any of the opposition. I also hate Marv for his pathetic choice of HC.
....or maybe he actually signed up the National Poster Boy for Impotence for 3 more years. If he did, he consigned the Buffalo part of the franchise to the dustheap of history.
This team could have 10 All-pros and they wouldn't be deployed properly. Personnel could be a part of it, but the larger share of the blame falls on the owner and HC both of who's football IQ seems to be in the double digits, low double digits.
12 guys on the field every other play...suppose that's the player's fault too. Jauron is ill-prepared, inept, and incompetent anyway you can measure a gameday HC. Losing the loser will not set this team back one iota.
He's a placeholder, nothing more....I'd say a majority of this board's posters could perform better gametime with a little training. In JR's case, it's hopeless.
Far better???????????? I don't think so. The Oline needed to hit sleds in training camp dictated by a coach with concerns on the physicality of the line. But we have a 'player's' coach remember.
The 'fantasy' is believing Jauron is going to lead this team to anything but mediocrity. Keeping a coach that has alienated about 50% and climbing of the fan base is really intelligent. It's always a minority that first recognizes severe organizational problems that eventually becomes a consensus. Ralph and his apologists can stick their head in the ground all they please. I choose not to join them.
