Under the circumstances it was an insanely bad call. If you don't see that, you just flunked Football 101. It's really scary to have a HC that flunks the same test.
Not just your opinion; There was no reason for that call, WHATSOEVER!!! You have be a complete dick to call it and whoever did call it shows they have a moron class understanding of what plays to call in the context of the game. That only narrows it down to two.
I'm thinking he calls some timeouts because he can't decide quick enough whether he wants one or not. His mind is way too slow for the NFL. Doubt that he could cut it as college coach, even one with low standards.
What are the odds Ralph can find another coach who when asked why are you deferring on winning the coin toss can't give a coherent answer? Pretty hard to do worse if you are choosing coaches blindfolded and throwing darts, I'd say.
No, I doubt it. You where he grabbed Marv from, right? Ole Marv was color commentating on the Bills radio broadcast. Came in less than cheap.
Still think Ralph's ideal candidate for HC is an out-of-work bum.
BTW, I like your bunny. A bunny hat for Jauron on the sidelines would be appropriate.
2nd BTW, Jauron, the name, is apropos of a 007 movie villain, not a NFL HC.
Summary: Bills playcallers are stupid. Jauron and company is a blind alley. If he had half a brain he'd be trying different schemes. He doesn't and he won't.
They'll still be able to tailgate at the Ralph when it's the home of bats and rats in a few years. They will be able to tune into Toronto for the game.
The one time Jackson should have come in for Lynch (after the 50 yarder) to give him a breather, they didn't substitute. Still have Dumb and Dumber on the sidelines and Dumbest in the Skybox.
To be sure the coaching staff, except for special teams, is pretty much worthless. Jury out on players until a top-notch HC has had a chance to work with them. Bad management can make everyone look bad.
