It's funny that Jauron was considered a players coach for going easy on them. Yet they seem to respect Gailey a lot more because he makes them work hard.

He was asked about his role this year compared to last year. "I'm still here and they're gone."

IIRC, Edwards said he'd never worked with a coach who understood how one play sets up the next play.

What he said! The defense is struggling but Gailey is showing what this offense can do with an excellent play caller.

The play calling by Gailey is like night and day from last year. I love his play calls so far. 3 passes in a row was great!
